Property location was AMAZING! Right above hideaway beach, 7 minutes from Hanalei Bay and 5 minutes to the market, made this location ideal. Perched up on the cliff, we spent many evenings watching the surf, sunsets and beachcombing below. Perfect setup for our family of 5 (two adults, 3 boys ages 8, 10 and 19) We had our space downstairs while the boys were comfortable in the large room upstairs with their own bathroom. Having the washer/dryer was ideal for keeping swim suits dry and the beach equipment was an added bonus! The unit is furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Would have preferred larger, more comfortable couches so we could relax as a family and watch movies, but other than that we were very happy with the accommodations. I have already referred other families to this property and hope to return ourselves. Mahalo for the great memories!

We had a wonderful time for our visit in late July/early August. We stayed a week at this property and it was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 17, 14, 11). The company was amazing to work with - communicated extremely well and were very prompt with all communications (even when we had a tsunami warning the day of our arrival!). The condo is just as described - clean and comfortable. It was not a great place to spend a late afternoon as the living area and kitchen get very hot during the day. The AC units in the bedrooms are a game changer and worked great for sleeping. Perfect spot if you plan on being out all day and home in the evenings during a summer visit. We also loved the private beach access and the beautiful bluff to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!
Walking distance to beach.. if you can handle a very challenging path. Beautiful landscaped garden view. Lovely sunsets. Comfy beds. Bedrooms are cool with AC, living room and kitchen get pretty warm in July.
What a gorgeous property and amazing location to stay in Kauai. Condo was fully stocked with everything one could need, including beach equipment for families, especially the kiddos! Couldn’t have been happier to have a beach very close by that we could walk to! The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop etc. Everything you need in striking distance, especially if you have young kiddos! Truly enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay! We have been to the islands many times, each with their own unique moments. This was a great stay as we took our daughter and her family (3 & 2 years olds). This condo fit our needs perfectly. The location to the beaches are just a short drive, and we loved the grassy courtyard outside our patio. It was perfect for the girls to run around. Communication by the management team was spot on, not overwhelming, but just right. Would highly recommend this as top option in Princeville. We would absolutely stay here again.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family of 5. Each of our sons had their own bed and really enjoyed playing sports on the field in front of the slider. My husband hiked to Hideaways for surfing each morning and I enjoyed the kitchen with a tropical view. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the ac units in the bedrooms cooled amply for comfort. We put the beach gear (chairs, cooler, boogies and umbrellas) to good use.
This is the best development in Princeville with the best views. While this unit wasn’t directly on the edge of the bluff, this unit has gorgeous mountain view’s and there are Bali Hai vies a short stroll away; plus my anxiety enjoyed being a bit set back.
Can’t wait for our next trip back!
We are a family of 4 from Texas (14yo, 20yo) and stayed 6 nights. This was the 2nd leg of our first trip to Hawaii and it didn't disappoint. The unit is as-described, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, super clean and nice touches like stainless pots and pans and Brooklinen sheets on the bed. Thoughtful supplies were much appreciated - laundry detergent, numerous luggage racks, beach chairs and a hard cooler for the beach, multiple beach towels and more.
We were very comfortable, used AC in bedrooms at night and otherwise left the patio doors and windows open for that fresh Hawaiian breeze. I had coffee on the patio every morning with the mountains in the distance and was joined by beautiful birds and friendly Nene's each day. I even got my Hawaii rainbow one morning while sitting on the patio. If you have younger kids, this unit backs up to a large grassy area surrounded by other units which would make a great place to play (but doesn't sacrifice your feeling of privacy).
Parking was very convenient to the unit and we rarely parked more than a couple spots away from the closest spot. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance of the unit and location is extremely close to the Princeville Farmers Market, Queen's Bath and just a few minutes from Hanalei Bay. We learned that Princeville is basically made up of golf course homes and condo communities but Pali Ke Kua must be one of, if not THE closest to the beach of all of them! Seriously, look no further!

The condo gets very hot during the day. We tried everything to keep it cooler, windows open and closed, curtains closed, sunshade on the lanei down, but it was still hot and stuffy each time we returned. The A/C worked well in the bedroom downstairs but it took a while to cool the bedroom upstairs even with two other fans. We saw two huge and alive cockroaches inside downstairs. There was no hose to wash down the beach gear so we had to keep filling up buckets. Note: we called the condo to see about using a hose and they said they didn’t have anything for us. Parking is tight. Closet doors upstairs were broken and closet downstairs doors didn’t close right. Overall we were not impressed with this condo given the price we paid. Recommend adding in a walking path for the pool/restaurant since you have to walk down the road to get there and it’s already quite narrow.
Our vacation in Kauai was absolutely wonderful! The condo's location was ideal for us, offering cleanliness and all the essential amenities. Although there was no outdoor grill at the unit, the portable air conditioning units effectively cooled the bedrooms. However, the main living area did tend to get warm in the afternoons. Despite this, we would happily choose to stay here again.
The grounds were gorgeous, with a peekaboo Mountain View. Lovely drinking coffee on the lanai. The kitchen, bathrooms and beach closet had everything we needed and more—even had beach chairs and a cooler. Both bedrooms having en suite bathrooms worked great for our family with teen girls. Great location to explore the north shore, but very easy drive to Kapa’a and south. There is a steep walking access to Hideaway Beach which was so beautiful.
A clean and centrally located condo in Princeville. We enjoyed staying here! Vents in the bathroom and the ability to wash off outside are the only things I would have appreciated having. Other than that, we would stay again!

Beautiful location with a quiet patio garden view, wonderful for relaxation and watching the local wildlife. The ocean is just a short stroll away, and we appreciated being protected from the offshore winds.
The condo was excellent—comfortable beds, A/C units in the bedrooms, clean, well furnished, and quiet.
