The two of us had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view is a 10! Walking to hideaway beach was an excursion for us but we’ll worth it. Close to shopping. Excellent stay!

This property is situated in the perfect spot in Princeville, with sweeping views of the ocean and the mountains. It is the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. They truly thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more!
Perfect condo for me and my hubby, just the right amount of space. Plenty of a/c and fans to cool the unit down. The kitchen is very well stocked! The bathroom has been updated , loved the convenience of having washer dryer in there.The pool and hot tub area is a short walk away. Convienent to have Hideaways Pizza there too. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The Hideaway beach is a steep paved walk down to the ocean worth it if your in shape !
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views can’t be beat - the views from the condo and the beach below. We watched sunset one night from the beach below and it was extraordinary. Great communication when needed. Highly recommend.
The unit is nicely furnished and well equipped. The bed is weird. The hike down to the beach is really steep and the beach is coarse and rocky but lovely.
The refurbished appartment has a quality kitchen with all equipment you may need. Although there are 3 houses in a row, it is very quiet. Fantastic is the ocean and sunset view. And the "private" beach is one of the best in Hawaii.
Everything was great. Loved all the beach gear. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion is in the listing it should be noted that there is a short but steep slope to go up and down to get to the condo. It may be hard for older people to manage that. View was fantastic!

Very nice property and an excellent location for beautiful views of Hanalei Bay. The unit has a very well-stocked kitchen with all you need to cook any meal for enjoying on the lanai. Very comfortable.
The property is beautiful, and the condo accommodations had everything one would need to feel spoiled and comfortable. Note to self, maybe we'll look into a second story unit next time. Our upstairs neighborhoods were very disrespectful. Lots of angry yelling that left us feeling a little unsettled.
This unit was exactly what we wanted: Amazing views all day long and especially at sunset right from the lanai! We were also pleasantly surprised by the snorkeling gear, cooler, and even a boogie board and beach chairs available.
This was our first time to Kauai, and this condo fit our needs perfectly. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (and the labels were awesome!), and the views were beautiful!

Everything was spic and span, with my only con being that clothes came out of the dryer smelling very musty if left overnight...
Clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The condo was as advertised. Every morning was coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean and that was spectacular. It is showing it’s age, needs a little minor TLC and could have less furniture. Afternoons were nice and can get hot outside with setting sun. Priced right for location. Glad we stayed there.
A Slice of Heaven! The Phenomenal view no better place to stay on the island than right here.

We thought the view was amazing. And the place was very well appointed and stocked with all that you might need from towels to dishware and it was clean. However, we were a bit disappointed in overall lack of detail to keeping things in good working order. The BBQ was not working well, the blinds seemed thin and old, the microwave door handle was almost broken off, and the sliding doors would not open all the way and were difficult to manage. All of that aside, we did enjoy our stay and the location was great! We enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella also. Overall, a nice place.

Very clean, wonderful view, and good location. The only negative: if the A/C is something you are looking for, these are portable/temporary style units that are very noisy.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The small private beach was great, not crowded with shade! Very steep walk down/up, which probably keeps a few people away. The view was amazing and the condo had everything you need for meals. AC works great and was a nice touch. We took a couple mile walk for Starbucks in the mornings a couple of days. Close to Hanalei and Kilauea
We stayed in this perfectly located Princeville condo for 4 nights in May. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. You can't beat the sunset views. It was an easy drive to Hanalei Bay (we loved Postcards Restaurant and the the coffee shop behind Slow Yourself Down) and to Napali Coast Shuttle (need to book a month in advance) If you like to walk there is a paved path along the golf course and the steep path to the beach. The beach below the condo is pretty, but very rocky. To the left of the One Hotel gatehouse and down a lot of well-kept stairs is a great beach with snorkeling, bring the provided equipment. It was an easy walk to the One Hotel for a upscale dinner at One Kitchen (also great views). The reason we gave this condo a 4 is because it's showing its age and could definitely use some TLC. An update on the sliding glass door & screens, new fans (2 of them didn't work), a new beach chair or two, and some new swimfins, would make it even better.
Our stay was excellent. The view is unbelievable, and watching the sunset from your patio is worth the stay alone. It is also stocked with all of the amenities you would need in the kitchen, bathroom, as well as your day at the beach. I will definitely book this place again!

Gorgeous ocean views. Close to Hanalei and beaches. Very nice and comfortable place to stay.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would definitely book this again. Great location and every amenity you could want.
