Everything about the property was amazing, and as advertised or better. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!
The property is beautiful and well maintained. All was as promised and more. The owners have done a very good job anticipating the needs of their guests. My wife and I very much enjoyed our time there.
As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.
We just wrapped up our stay at Edge of Cliff. What an amazing location and property. The views from the back deck were simply spectacular. We could see miles of the Anini reef system - the water was so clear you could almost see the fish and turtles swimming. We spent countless hours just sitting and gazing at the view.The condo itself was very nicely appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had most everything needed to cook all meals. Bill was excellent to work with and we also met the caretakers who made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.We did not want to leave to come out - but we'll be back!
This condo has wonderful ocean view within a resort. Everything that we need for vacation is readily available. Love the decoration in it. Everything is great. Highly recommended!
This was our second time staying in this property and we can't wait to return again! The location and views are idyllic! The property has EVERYTHING you might need! Cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plenty of dishes and flatware, towels, paper products, you name it.
This VRBO is absolutely amazing, nicest VRBO I have ever rented. Our family of 4 (2 college aged kids) stayed here for spring break and it exceeded our expectations. First of all, it really is even nicer than the photos. There are incredible views from the dining table, kitchen, living room and lanai. I loved sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, the birds, or the views. Second, the host is very helpful and provided us with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and activities that all proved to be great. Third, the kitchen is well stocked so we could easily have breakfast and lunch here when we wanted to. Lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Fourth, loved the location. It is so beautiful on the north shore and close to Hanalei which is adorable and has lots of good restaurants. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

This property is stunning. We celebrated our daughter's golden birthday. The three bathrooms were needed with our girls! The beds were comfortable, the homes amenities were outstanding. We can't wait to come back!

This property exceeded every expectation we had. The view alone was absolutely stunning. The accommodations were clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The owners anticipated everything one could want for a smooth stay in Kauai! From beach supplies to kitchen needs, everything was at your fingertips. We also loved the tips and suggestions given to us. Sea Lodge beach was a quiet, slice of heaven with good snorkeling! We ate at several restaurants that were suggested and went to a farmers market to enjoy the local produce. I would recommend this property to everyone I know traveling to Kauai!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
The pictures of the views from this property don't do it justice. It is an amazing location overlooking the ocean with a mountain view out of the other side of the house. We were able to see bright stars at night because the area is not very populated. It was a lovely home and comfortable bed and I would definitely recommend it! The owner was easy to communicate with as well.
Great view of the ocean from balcony. Condo was clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Host was communicative and provided info that was very helpful for newcomers to Kaua'i. Highly recommended.
The pics of this condo do not do it justice. It is most beautiful, clean, very tastefully decorated, has many amenities, the view is breathtaking and the host went above and beyond to provide suggestions for dining, fun and all the other things!!!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I knew I had chosen the right ocean front condo as soon as we stepped in. The pictures were accurate, but didn’t do the actual views justice. I was traveling with my three sons and mother and she cried when she walked to the views that greeted her. The place was beautifully decorated and Immaculate. We had everything we needed from water play, sun and sand to making our own dinners. We woke up early to enjoy every sunrise on the lanai.
Bill was helpful and attentive during our stay, but the notes and tips left by the guestbook were all we needed to make our way around town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so we had trouble deciding whether to stay at the condo or venture out and explore the island. We would love to visit again, next time a full week in Princeville, rather than split our visit between the North and South of the island.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront condo in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean right from our lanai. The sound of the waves gently crashing against the shore was the perfect soundtrack to our relaxing vacation.
The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of Hawaiian elegance. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we felt like dining in. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the lanai, watching the sunrise over the water.
The location couldn't have been better. We were close to amazing beaches and trails. In addition to the secret beach just a few minutes hike from the condo, we really enjoyed the beaches nearby at Hanalei, Anini, and Tunnels.
Bill was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this oceanfront condo was truly a slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We can't wait to return!
The pictures posted don’t do this gorgeous oasis justice. Every morning drinking a delicious cup of Kona coffee & watching the marvelous sun rise from this patio was breathtaking. The house was equipped w/all the amenities needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer- snorkel & beach gear- we were set for our week in paradise. Spacious bedrooms, comfy-firm beds, bathrooms were grand. I can’t say enough about this spectacular home. Owners were super attentive & gracious. Would definitely love to stay here again & highly recommend the Princeville area. Tranquil & never busy. Absolutely loved our stay & can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us.
