4th Bathroom is in pool area with a shower.

**Please note; currently waterfall feature is on from 9:30am to 10am and 4:30pm to 5pm.
Pool stairs into 2 foot shallow end slopes to 12 feet in deep end. Kids should always have adult supervision!

Mid-Stay cleans are mandatory for stays 31 days and longer;
Every 30 day period, 1 mid-stay clean with no linens $275 + GET/TAT/HTAT = $324.40 or with linen changes $350 + GET/TAT = $412.87

1.The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking.
2. Online bookings are subject to manager or owner approval.
3. All children must be supervised by adult. Pool can be cooler in Winter months. POOL HEAT OPTIONAL AND AVAILABLE AT $150/DAY PRE ORDERED. $175/DAY UPON ARRIVAL OR $3500/PER MONTH.
