Located in a peaceful and lush neighborhood with views of the Ko’olau Mountain range, it is an easy walk to Kailua Beach, Lanikai Beach and Buzz's Steakhouse. The home offers a spacious and bright interior with high ceilings, modern amenities, a relaxing atmosphere and the perfect layout for multi-family or multigenerational travel.

Walk through the large sliding doors into a tropical outdoor oasis that includes a large saltwater pool with a serene baja deck for lounging or cooling off. Surrounded by beautiful landscaping including palms and plumerias, you can watch the sunset poolside and enjoy the tranquility Hawaii has to offer.

The main room is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. There is comfortable seating for everyone that easily flows into the beautiful, upgraded kitchen. Sit around the kitchen island while planning your excursions for the day, then gather in the sun room around the large dining room table to laugh and talk story.

With 3 separated sleeping areas, 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, The Pool House makes this the ideal accommodation for a single family to spread out or for multiple families to gather together. The well appointed attached Ohana has a separate entrance and offers its own king size bed, 3/4 bath, kitchenette and shaded outdoor space and patio.

The primary bedroom is truly unique in Hawaii living. Walk up a wide staircase and find a large and bright space with king size bed, queen sofa sleeper and it’s own lanai with views of the tropical treetops. The primary bath includes a spa-like shower with seven separate shower heads, double sinks and a large walk in closet with plenty of space to unpack and stay for weeks on end.

Five of the six bedrooms are outfitted with king beds and air conditioning units, to ensure everyone gets a wonderful night’s sleep. The 6th bedroom includes bunk beds with a twin and full bed (so the kids can sleep well, too!).
