This condo is beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful, huge lanai with incredible views, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and nice private beachfront pool we mostly had to ourselves (small building / not many tenants when we were there). The host, Suzanne,was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Could hear ocean from inside condo. We were on the third floor with wrap around lanai.

This place is superb. We’ve stayed in at least 15 vrbos in Hawaii, most were very nice, but none compared to this condo in Kona.
When renting, there are several things that matter,
and this place has it all:
Comfortable furniture (in and out)
Well stocked kitchen utensils, pans etc.
Hangers in the very large closet
Lots of drawers and hooks
It has AC but we didn’t use it
Clean clean clean!

mentions noise from the church next door, it is not an issue. It was quiet~aside from the awesome crashing waves. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in your very well appointed ocean front, ocean view condominium,. We found everything that we needed to have a really enjoyable stay. I would say the only challenge we faced was trying to get a cross draft to cool the place off at night. There are a lot of fans but getting a breeze to do down the hall and through the screen door on the front was practically impossible most nights but we eventually were able to get the place cool enough to sleep in each night and I have to say that I for sure Highly recommend lstaying there as it is a true oceanfront experience. Would stay again if I return to the island.

When we originally booked this condo it had several outside seating/lounging options. When we arrived it had a table with 4 chairs and only 1 lounger. That was a little disappointing. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is truly on the ocean the view was outstanding.
We had a FANTASTIC time!!! The condo was above and beyond what we expected....we celebrated our 15th anniversary and had truly magical vacation....hope to be back someday soon!!
