Loved our stay here.
The property, the views, the location were superb. The building is a bit older, but interior well-kept.
Location was great! The rental was perfect!! It was very clean and had all of the things we needed to have a fabulous vacation!! The view couldn’t be better!! Would definitely stay here again!!
The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. We did expect to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We did not use the laundry room.; no change, too far away, and didn't want to spend our time waiting for laundry to be done. However we managed fine . We enjoyed our stay.
We love this property for its clealiness, closeness to the water, ocean view, ocean sounds all day and night, close to the airport, close to the grocery store, shops and other shopping. Great value!
The oceanfront views and central location were great! We used this as a home base while we explored the island. Tons of great food in Kapa’a. The resort could use some updates, but the condo was clean. It would be nice if the loft bathroom had a door or curtain, especially with a family, but we managed! The sunrises were breathtaking and we could listen to the waves!
Although only 2 bedrooms, one of which was a loft over the living room, the kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking utensils and cookware needed. Previous renters even left some sealed food items which came in handy. The one downside was we did have to carry bags up 3 flights gets of stairs. The upside was that the view was totally worth it.
The condo is in need of updating... rusted fixtures, dragging glass door, and main bedroom needs shades or curtains. But after a few days things seem better.
Nice location and fine condo, but stairs up to 3rd floor got old after a while - particularly for my friend with bad knees. The A303 room number should have clued us in, but...
The arrival info sheet was mostly wrong, including the lockbox code. Sunrise was awesome!
The place was super cute, no very clean. There was miscommunication with check in on their part. Code to get the key to get into the place was wrong. Took a while to finally get in. Then there was supposed to be a set of keys in the place but they weren’t there. Once we got through the first day it was a very enjoyable experience. The sunrises were amazing, falling asleep to the ocean sounds was amazing.
If you don’t mind no A/C and want a gorgeous view with the perfect location, walking distances to stores and restaurants, then this is your best option in Kapa’a.
Very clean. Excellent view. Plenty of accommodations.
