Had a wonderful stay here at the condo -- the view was tremendous, the floorplan was great, the location was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything is as described and shown in the pictures. Errica was great with communication. The property is very nice and very quiet -- very much enjoyed our stay here!
Very nice unit. We stayed in this complex 10 years ago 1 floor down and 1 unit back. Had an issue with the air conditioner in this unit but that was solved as soon as possible. The water was also cut off for part of a day but not the owners issue and was fine. We took our Grandson but would be perfect for two couples. We would stay here again.
We stayed at three different properties on the Big Island for our 2 week vacation and this one was our favorite! The sound of the waves every morning and evening was perfect. The teens loved the salt water pool. The resort was so pretty, and they provided everything in the condo that we needed for a great vacation! Thanks so much!
I have stayed many places in Kona but this was by far my favorite. The views from the expansive balcony were incredible. The salt water pool was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. The condo itself was very tastefully furnished, beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. Everything was fully stocked and they even had beach chairs and an umbrella. I would highly recommend. As a note, the second bedroom doesn’t have an actual door but rather a
Sliding louvered doors so little privacy for the second room (which wasn’t a problem for us).
What a wonderful place to spend a week unwinding with family! We had an excellent stay. One of the most well appointment places we have been. The kitchen literally had everything you could need. And there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. We had an excellent stay and really appreciated all of the amenities. The kids loved the pools and the view was amazing - morning and night!

Fantastic property. Superb lanai with daily whale watching and glorious sunsets. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and updated condo. Grounds were well-maintained and kept very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed for 12 nights and still couldn't get enough. The unit is comfortable in every sense: great comfy couch, tastefully remodeled, full kitchen with all the necessities, etc. The outdoor furniture is top quality and just the right types of seating options. The lanai - words can't describe the serenity. The redone saltwater pool is perfectly clean and maintained. It never feels full, and the complex us lovingly maintained overall. Very peaceful and quiet crowd.
But just as important - the owners are delightful. They are responsive, helpful, understanding, and just a pleasure to deal with every time. This was our 3rd stay and we'll be back again. Feels like home away from home.
Amazing property! Very clean and looked exactly like the photos. We honestly did not want to ever leave! The view is phenomenal. The pool was very clean as well, perfect alternative to going to the beach especially with young kids. Perfect location, only about 1.5 miles driving away from the main strip. We had to drive about 45 minutes to get to white sand beaches but all worth it. My kids and husband loved staying there as well. Would definitely re-book here again! This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! The view from the lanai, directly over the surf, is unbeatable anywhere. Loved sunset and sunrise, and even got photos of full moon on the ocean. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and lovingly cared for. The owners have great taste in furnishings, the appliances are new and in great condition (loved the icemaker in the freezer!) A bit of a walk back from the elevators to reach the seaside, but well worth a little inconvenience. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to hear and see the surf for the entire stay, in a luxurious setting! Thank you so much Errica - just love it!
Beautiful views, the pool near the ocean was really nice. Close to town. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.
