This was the first time we stayed in a Verbo. It was better than we expected. Had a family death and had to leave 3 days early, they refunded me immediately. We will book the exact location if we come back to Kauai.
Nice location close to many attractions
We enjoyed the view and the location. The balcony was a great place to have my morning coffee, saw rainbows every morning!
We loved staying in this condo…so very well equipped. We enjoyed our view of Wailua Bay each day and evening. Was very accessible to all points of interest. Would love staying again.
This property was just as advertised in the paradise of Kauai. We felt we were very centrally located on the east side of the island, only 10 minutes from the airport and 30-45 minutes to the south and north shores. The condo felt super private and you wouldn't even know you had neighbors. The pool was amazing and so clean. We would definitely rent again!
This place was an amazing with the balcony overlooking the ocean and great swimming pool …the kitchen was filled with everything we needed …communication with the property management was outstanding ..thank you
The property was good. The dishwasher did not work, but that was ok. We were there when it was "chilly", it would have been nice to have a blanket. It is noisy, between the traffic and the ocean. Also, hints for beaches would have helped.
This property met all of our expectations. Wonderful views of the ocean all day long waves crashing calms your inner self. Wonderful vacation would highly recommend staying in this unit
We had a lovely weeklong stay. Everything was well appointed and it was a quiet (neighboring units) complex. One thing to consider, during the winter, the surf is a bit more rough and may be noisier than expected. Enjoyed walking to the local shops and restaurants. Truly a good location for seeing the whole island. Thank you!
Great location, amenities as advertised. Stayed with family and two young kids slept on fold out bed. Nice having laundry in unit so we didn’t have to pack a ton of clothes. Great central location on the island.
Peaceful and serene, this area is easily accessible to Lihue, Princeville and Poipu. There are good restaurants all around and Kapaa is full of kitschy shops and sights.

Best sunrises ever. Views were incredible. The whole cove, surfers, fisherman and campers. Calm seas to violent surf. Perfect for cocktails.
The pictures do not do the view justice! You are right on the beach! The location is perfect for going anywhere on the island. Very sure we will be back!
We misunderstood the a/c conditions at the unit. A/c was only in the bedroom. The rest of the unit was uncomfortably hot….with no breeze even with the windows wide open. The only saving grace was really good ceiling fans in the living and also the bedroom. We also found a floor box fan that helped to keep the bathroom cooler. All of that said, the view was beautiful.
Great location just above Lihue - easy to explore both sides of the island. Close to shopping, restaurants, and tons of beaches. Simple, clean condo and everything works. Very nice pool and pool area to relax. Views of the ocean and constant sounds of the waves were fantastic.
Enjoyed our stay 10/10. Great location to go both North or South shore if you want. Beautiful pool, very clean but no hot tub. There is some construction going on across the street that we could hear during one of our rest days during the week. It wasn't bad by any means, some road noise but also not bad at all. Zero noise from other guest, quiet location. The ocean waves are much louder crashing onto the coast you can hear throughout the condo when leaving the back doors open. I enjoyed the wave sounds very much. Other then that nothing but good things to say and would be very happy to stay here again.
The property is a short drive from the airport with great views along the way. The views only get better when you look out the balcony. You could reach the ocean with a rock if you wanted to. Restaurants and shops are walking distance or a short car ride away.
Great stay. Kids loved the pool and the condo was nice and well stocked. Older than it looks in the pictures, but still a good place to stay regardless.
Property could use some TLC, but overall pretty nice. Our only real complaint is the traffice noice. Major road that makes sleeping tough at times. The unit is centrally located to things to see and lanai view is awesome.

Great view! Nice beaches and pool. We walked everywhere. Great vegan restaurant Russell's, Street Buger and Paradise Bakery.
It was right on the ocean and the wonderful sounds of water and waves can't be beat. So relaxing and wonderful!!!!
