The unit is located right next to the ocean, had beautiful sunsets just outside the front door. Location was very quiet and private.
House was very organized and well supplied with staples.

This place is truly an “oceanfront-paradise”. If you come to Hawaii to be close to the water, this is it. You can’t get any closer and still be on dry land. The apartment is very private and is located on the edge of the complex so you have no neighbors on the entrance side. The view from the front picture windows is spectacular and the other jalousie windows let you get the full effect of the sea breezes and sounds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice selection of spices and condiments that you do not normally find in a vacation rental. There is beach and snorkeling gear as well as plenty of other household stuff to make your stay great. The apartment complex is located in the calm and quiet part of the north shore and to the left and right you have huge nearly deserted beaches. We found the owners to be super nice and concerned that you enjoy your time in their place. They provide complete instructions on how to get to, get in, and operate the apartment. We would highly recommend this “oceanfront-paradise” and hope to return.
What a wonderful place! Literally steps from the ocean with large picture windows to enjoy the magnificent views - what could be better! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook at home and dine overlooking the ocean. The beaches nearby are beautiful and never too busy. The grounds are immaculate. The owners were a pleasure to deal with............we can't wait to return!
This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we were not disappointed! The breathtaking views from the condo and the sound of the surf were just what we needed to make our stay relaxing and restful. Being located on the North Shore, the environment was quiet, but allowed easy access to anywhere on the island.
We were able to walk for miles along the beautiful beach, and were delighted by the lovely sunsets.

We stayed here for our 10th Anniversary and couldn't have picked a better location! We didn't want to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel and found this to be the perfect place to experience the quiet, local side of Oahu. With the ocean just 20 feet away, this beautiful condo is the perfect place for a peaceful/romantic/private escape. We saw sea turtles every day and loved how everyone in the community gathered on the sea wall every night to watch the sunset. We also really appreciated the fact that the condo was fully stocked, allowing us to pack light and still enjoy all the comforts of home. If you can manage to peel yourself away from the condo, Haleiwa is a short 7 minute drive to great restaurants, shopping, food trucks, etc. I could ramble on forever but you really just need to see this place in person to appreciate the true magic of it all. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit again!
This was our sixth visit to the North Shore. We always get a place right on the beach. When I arrived here, my jaw dropped. It was beautiful and peaceful inside. There is more than an "ocean view" -- it was as if the living room and the ocean were together. The photographs and the reality matched in every way. More a lovely bungalow than a condo. Easy dealing with the owner, who is thoughtful and professional. I wish I were there right now.

Wondering why this beautiful oceanfront condo only has two traveler reviews? It's because my husband and I snatched it up for 1.5 years. Our move was mandatory, otherwise we would have never left. In fact, we plan to return to vacation someday.
The photos actually do not do the beauty of this place justice. It is literally 20 steps from the clear blue ocean and white sandy and ultra secluded beach. The grounds are immaculate and the colony is very quiet. When we first moved in, I would whisper because it was just that quiet! The condo itself is extremely well-maintained and very well furnished.
Mokuleia Beach Colony is located on the North Shore of Oahu and a few minutes drive to Historic Haleiwa where local attractions are plentiful!
If you stay here, I guarantee that you will never want to stay anywhere else. This is a family owned/operated property rental and the owners are incredibly professional, genuine, kind and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about our interactions with them!

We stayed here two years in a row. It is a wonderful place. The owers were very helpful and exceeded our expectations. Just steps from a secluded beach and located on well landscaped and manicured grounds it is a great place to chill out.
I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hassle of city life. We hope to get back to it again one day.
