Wonderful condo, very clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean are incredible! We loved opening up all the windows and sliding door to hear the waves crashing. Owners are fantastic and very communicative. Highly recommend.
Our stay at Kuhio Shores was spectacular, and our accommodations and host made it possible! The condo is perfect; the beach view is wonderful from the balcony, and as soon as we walked in the door we saw and heard the ocean! Everything is provided--a clean room with air conditioning ready for use. Anything you could possibly need is provided--just add food and beverages and you are good to go. Barbecue grills are even provided and easily accessible, as well as laundry availability. The host is incredibly friendly and responds quickly and helpfully if any questions arise. When we return, we will definitely book this location again!
I read 100’s of reviews trying to decide where to stay, the most important things to us were the actual unit and surrounding area. What you see in the photos is accurate , the unit is outdated but impeccably clean! Everything you need the host has. The views are spectacular, the condo itself is quiet and maintained daily by staff . The bed is incredibly comfortable. There are 2 full bathrooms, what a luxury ! Laundry on site but not in the condo which was fine. There is a small beach area adjacent to the property but a short drive ( left out of the lot) there is a very calm beach area , Keiko cove beach . Bathrooms , perfect for snorkeling, fishing , watching the sunset with dinner !! The sunsets are so amazing from the balcony , people come to the beach house restaurant and spend 100’s of dollars for the view you have ! Denise the host was easily reached for an issue that came up. All in all if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, great location to food, beaches on an amazing island don’t hesitate to book this !

Very comfortable place, great spot for a couple, easy parking. And waves rolling in 24/7 below are pleasingly hypnotic!
Moon glow was the perfect start to another Kauai visit. To begin, the view is hard to turn away from. Enough said, easily accessed and in walking distance (or a very short drive) from beaches, shops, food trucks/restaurants, and markets. Well stocked kitchen to make your own ono grindz…poke your way! Plenty of gear for the beach, or chairs to watch the sunset at the Beach House next door with locals and travelers alike. Mahalo Denise for letting us share your home.
This condo is a great option for anyone who wants to explore the South Shore of Kauai and also do activities such as boat tour of Napali Coast, explore Weimea Canyon. It has an amazing view - we saw sea turtles swimming in the waves - directly at the shore. Clean, well equipped (two bathrooms!), and in a quiet building. Moonlight at night is amazing. It's also close to restaurants and fabulous beaches. The owners were super nice and gave great instructions and tips. We would love to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
This was a small unit but large enough for two people. The view is beautiful but the unit is a bit worn and needs some attention particularly the front door (it sticks) and the balcony screen door needs replacement or fixed .
We stayed for a week. All was as we expected. Best part, listening to the crashing waves.
We were super excited about staying near the ocean and this property didn't disappoint for that reason. Beautiful location. Outside property was well maintained. Denise was very easy to communicate with. Nice to have beach chairs, and accessories. We were just disappointed in the unit itself. It was very dated and definitely needs some upgrades. Carpet looked dirty, fixtures and furniture outdated, too cluttered, and an unusual shower in the bedroom. Maybe someone likes that? Just didn't feel like a vacation rental.
The view off the Lanai is mesmerizing as is the sound of the surf crashing against the reef. The unit was clean with everything that you would need. A little updating would have been aesthetically pleasing but not necessary. I would stay here again. Location is very good and quiet aesthetically nice in the bathrooms
Loved the incredible view & sounds that we had when we weren’t out & about. Breakfast watching the sunrise & dinner watching the surfers & sunset, bonus. Walkable to nearby shops/restaurants; although we cooked & baked all meals except for ice cream & coffee at nearby places. Great location to drive to hikes & relax after. Would rtn again. Owner was available for any questions/issues with immediate responses.
The condo is clean and comfy and the view is lovely! Bed is soft and with the ocean breeze we didn’t even need the optional AC. Check in was easy. It was great stay!

This condo has the most incredible views! We could watch turtles, fish, and surfers from this gorgeous top floor location. It felt like we were in a world to ourselves. And the stars at night are breathtaking! Right next door is Beach House Restaurant with the signature MonkeyPod Mai Tai (their sister restaurant - if you’ve been to Maui, you’ll know what I’m talking about), amazing food, and a view of the sunset. The condo itself could use some updating, but with that wall of windows, location, and views, it didn’t bother us in the least. We would definitely stay here again! Very clean, convenient, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation week! Hosts were very informative, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The view was mesmerizing! Highly recommend this property!
Property was very good everything you need is available. Would recommend you go to Safeway for groceries the local stores have limited items.
We stayed at the Moon Glow condo for our beach wedding vacation and it was perfect! The condo is in a fantastic location in Poipu, right on the water and walking distance to great restaurants and snorkeling. The bed was comfy and the condo was well appointed. When we had a question about the condo, the owners were quick to respond. We will definitely return!
Amazing location and views from the balcony/living area. I never got tired of the view and sounds of the ocean. The unit was clean and stocked with nearly all you need.
