Great central location. Not too far from any area of the island. We rented a car and traveled everywhere. It's on the Kapa'a multiuse trail so I could run outside every morning and keep up with my training schedule. The view was incredible, watched every sunrise from the balcony or the trail on a run. Plenty of cookware, tools and dishes for use. Being able to do a load of laundry while there was a huge plus.
This property is perfect with a beautiful morning sunrise view. Our host, Candace, was easily accessible to allow us to access the property a little before our scheduled time since we arrived early. We had free access to 2 umbrellas and 2 beach chairs which saved us money on the rentals at the front office.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is as described. The ocean view is terrific and watching the sunrise every morning was outstanding. The only improvement would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom. We would definitely consider staying again. Mahalo

Beautiful ocean views from the 3rd floor! Coastal, Hawaiian vibe decor with everything you need. Great location, walk to Kapaa and easy drive to any destination on the island. Very nice unit at Pono Kai. We look forward to returning! Friendly host.
Was a great condo and everything was perfect and the property was beautiful
We stayed in. 3rd floor unit that had great views but the elevator was not working the entire week. Although the manager gave us a discount, our 70 year old hips were not happy. No fault of management, but we were not given notice prior to arruving of this delay in repairs or the option to cancel for a full refund.
We really enjoyed our stay, right on the bike path and so close to grocery store and restaurants. The waves of the ocean the Sunrise and the Condo was clean and well maintained too. We used to live on Kauai, so we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This place was perfect for us as we could walk anywhere, we wanted to or drive if we wanted to. The Pool and Hot tub were nice too.
