Would stay in this unit again. Everything was clean and organized. They thought of everything...beach chairs, umbrellas, playpen, snorkel gear, etc...
Very convenient walk to the beach and the bbq area is great!
Would stay here again, just probably not in November ... a little too windy :)
Would stay here again! Great location. Not too many people and close to town. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Loved the property, the pool was clean, the elevators worked, the beach has disappeared over the last year, so there is no beach access from the condo.
The parking spaces are super small, and the condo isn’t really near anything, so it was a lot of driving. 315 isn’t close to the elevator so if you have anyone with a disability, or trouble walking then book a first floor condo.
We rented a bunch of disability aids from Maui Vacation rentals, like a transport chair and shower chairs so that helped a lot.
We had a great vacation! Location was convenient, the unit was clean, updated and was very we equipped. Hope to visit again :)
The owners thought of everything when stocking this rental. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, bags, ice packs - everything! The location is very convenient to all sides of the island. It’s updated and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks too! We only turned in the air conditioner once to try it out. Otherwise the cross wind was perfect to cool us down and the bedroom fans worked well. I highly recommend this unit!
We just got back and I must say, this was the best VRBO property I booked over many years of renting condo's/houses. The ocean view and basically private beach and pool were awesome. It was the most accomadating condo. Very Clean, and most supplies you would think you need to grab were there - toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags hand soap, bar soap, dishwasher soap, extra linens, hairdryer and some items others may have left behind, but were trustworthy and usable (aloe gel). The beds were fine, the master was a bit firm but its hard to rate these as I love a soft plush bed and rarely discover one on my travels. The sheets and bedding were very clean and good quality with fluffy bath towels too! It could use a few extra pillows. There were beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards and we left 2 rafts floating in the ocean. I was impressed at the maintenance crew and how well they cleaned the grounds and pool area every morning/day. Kathy and the rest of her crew at the rental agency were super nice. The TV in master bedroom broke and she had it repaired in 1 day. They were very pleasant and responsive and let you know exactly when they would be there. You can tell the owner put some good money into her condo with many upgrades. There is a Target, Walmart and Grocery store about 5 miles away, actually next to the airport, so that was a big plus. I like the condo location, very private with only a few condos bordering the area. The only downfall is not a lot of restaurants or deli's in Maalaea. We stocked up at grocery store then took trips at night Kaanapali and Kihei and other places. They do have a nice grill area too if you in the mood to cook dinner! Also a great ice cream store over by the marina. I hope to come back again soon. Such a beautiful place.
Condo was clean and well kept .
The manager was always helpful and available.
You could watch the whales from the condos balcony.
Loved every minute we were there. Location was perfect! The little beach was so nice and private. The amenities were spot on! My only complaint was the shower was cold and the water pressure was weak. But that was minimal compared to the condo.. loved this place ♥️
