Ground floor location is amazing with easy access to the pool, BBQ and the lovely beachside. We BBQ'd most nights, and swam 2x a day. The beach directly in front has a beach wall, but you can step on to sandy beach at the end of the property and walk to a public beach park and keep going if you want a long beach walk. Ocean conditions varied but some days were calm and people were snorkeling. The view from the lawn is simply amazing, there are many turtles in the water just in front. Condo was nicely remodeled sometime in the past, leaving the old-style textured ceiling only in the closets. Couch and dining chairs a little worn but functional. The sofa bed was made up ahead of our arrival (just unfold), and comfortable to sleep in. Nicest condo complex out of the bunch in this area in our opinion.The lanai is in a great location with ocean views, spent a lot of time there, and under the shady tree right in front.There is modern A/C in every room and works well. Open the windows for the afternoon trade winds to cool down too. Visited in July, and it was lovely the entire time. Washer & dryer in the unit makes it easy to keep the towels clean and dry.

This is our second time staying in this unit. Great location. Love the access to the pool and bbq’s. Everything you need for home away from home.

I can't say enough good things about this unit! From arrival to departure, we were delighted again and again. Arrival was extraordinarily pleasant: soft Hawaiian music playing on the living room tv; a pair of towel swans on the master bed - it was like being on a cruise ship! The kitchen has all the basics - plus a number of frills unexpected in a rental (perhaps every small appliance known to cook-dom!). A well-stocked spice cabinet enabled more cooking than we'd intended, and with a welcoming, nicely appointed, clean and homey environment like this unit we found ourselves more willing to stay "home." I'd stay here again in a heartbeat (and hope to, next trip to Maui)! The property managers were responsive and helpful when needed. As agreed, our security deposit was refunded promptly after our departure (my only negative: paying it up front and losing the use of that credit card capacity during our stay). All in all - a glorious sojourn!
