I love the little condo by the sea. The slider doors open to a fantastic view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. It was peaceful and quiet. I had everything I needed in the condo. Yet the beach and restaurants were just a short walk away. However, I could prepare myself a good meal in the condo and I and watch the sun go down. It was a wonderful day.

This place is beautiful, you have the view, pool, everything you need to make it feel like home!! 2nd time staying here and we will be back!! A little construction was being done but hopefully that wraps up soon.
We stayed here the week before Thanksgiving, 2024. We loved it! Perfect location for a Kona home base. The bed and pull-out sofa were both comfortable. The fans kept us comfortable at night. The chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel gear were all very useful during our stay. Magic Sands Beach must be one of the most fun beaches on the planet. Everyone is there to enjoy and play in the water. Decent snorkeling right behind the unit, and good snorkeling off the point to the left of Magic Sands beach. Magics restaurant in the building is delicious with stunning views and a very nice atmosphere. We found this condo to be one of the best values for our needs, anywhere across the Hawaiian islands. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value, especially if you want convenient access to play in the surf. Mahalo
Our review echos the other recent reviews of Magic Sands #111. Two of us stayed here in mid-September, 2024. Very positive experience. Magical being so close to the ocean and fantastic location overall. Nothing weird around the property with homeless people that people said they experienced during the pandemic. Property was really quiet overall (except for the wonderful wave noise). Definitely recommend.

The restaurant at the .site was delish. there's also a hut that serves Breakfast burritos.That were amazing. I would highly recommend this property. we hope to return in the future

We spent 11 days here in February 2023. Adult son slept on the pull out couch which worked fine. We can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent location. We loved the sound of the waves day and night. Drinking our morning coffee looking out on the ocean was a wonderful way to start the day. The condo is well stocked with everything one needs, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, lots of hangers and big closet area, lots of dishes and plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen with full sized fridge. Lots of fans in the condo kept it cool. It was fine not having an air conditioner. We had one runner and one walker in the group and we loved the walking/running designated lanes on Alii Dr. The owners were prompt and helpful in their communication. The property manager, Lori was kind and helpful with suggestions and tended to some minor maintenance issues that happened very quickly. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back sometime.
