The best feature of this home, my personal favorite, is the raised lanai with 2 ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. If the trade winds slow there is no need to swelter. The high speed ceiling fans do the trick. The view of the ocean is stunning from the outdoor table and chairs. The second best feature is the private, fenced back yard with stair access to the beach below. From this height, people walking along the beach aren’t able to look into this property. This house isn’t recently updated which added to the coziness of this home. I recommend this house for families. With 4 bedrooms, there is enough room to spread out. I will DEFINITELY return to this house in the future.

Awesome, definitely coming back
This place is just perfect. It had a beautiful outdoor seating area, and was close to some very fun things (e.g. Tao Luau, Hang gliding). We did have to drive to Honolulu to see other things (e.g. Pearl Harbour) and to spend some time in iconic Waikiki but it all worked out for us. No complaints really, would stay there again.
Overall, we were very pleased our selection. Semi-private beach, turtles, swimming, snorkeling...decent places to eat nearby. Beds are comfortable, decently furnished, furniture is a little tired. Major downer...ONLY TWO OF THE BEDROOMS have AC.......moved mattress into master for our 12 year old son. Kitchen and living area are NOT cooled. Probably OK in non summer months. Property manager was average at best.
This is the third house we have stayed at on this amazing beach on the North Shore of Oahu. This house was the best so far. Well taken care of, comfortable furnishings, all the comforts of home. The beach is amazing, protected by the reef the water stays nice and calm, perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel. We swam with many turtles and beautiful fish. The house had plenty of snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels and sand toys. And the outdoor shower has hot water, that was one of the highlights, nice touch! The back porch is covered and has nice seating for sunset meals. Upstairs has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main living room would get a little hot and there is no overhead fan, but we ended up bringing the box fan downstairs and it cooled off nicely with the doors and windows open. We had family pictures planned and noticed there was no iron, we contacted the property manager and she had one to us the next day. Overall this was such a perfect property for our family of 6. My only real criticism is that the Barbeque really needs to be replaced, it is practically unusable. Every other aspect of the house and our stay was excellent. So sad to leave after 10 amazing days, but we are already planning to book this property again. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing island home!
Rented this magnificent property for a week in January with family of 6. The house and property were presented as described and in very good shape. Overall we found the location to be perfect because it had a protected beach that was swimable while still being within a short drive to Haleiwa and surfing at pipeline. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed from plenty of beach towels to a well equipped kitchen. Maybe we are a bit jaded from renting beach houses on the east coast (obx) where the rentals are dogged, dirty and stripped bare, so it was really nice to find a home where someone paid attention to detail. Most importantly, the house was extremely clean...much cleaner than we would have expected...and this comes from several family members who are OCD about cleanliness. If it were my place, the only things I would do is add another lounge chair for the yard and invest in a slightly bigger/better grill because we grilled out nightly. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend this property to anyone!
It was hard to leave this beautiful home this morning. The sun was bright, the waves were crashing on the shore and we just wanted to sit on the porch and take it all in one last time before saying good-bye. Until next time.....,
This house was amazing! The view even better. This was our first time to Hawaii and I think we hit the jackpot on houses! Everything was as described in description and even better. Jill was a pleasure to deal with and was available anytime we needed her. So glad we decided to stay in the North Shore. Best part of Oahu!
