So many great things about our stay! The communication was fantastic, condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Location was perfect so walk to the shops and restaurants in Kona as well as being close to the parking in the resort while still having a great view of the ocean. I would 100% stay here again.
Wonderful updated unit. A lot of amenities available including great beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. owner very responsive and helpful. One of the best places I have stayed!
We enjoyed this condo from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was outstanding, even checking with us to make sure everything was ok. The hosts have an attention to detail. Condo was light, very clean, organized, and with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed this location and would book readily again.

We had a very comfortable stay in this unit. We enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets on the lanai. It's in a great location and an easy walk into Kona. The new owners were very responsive to my questions and excellent to work with. Thank you Lee and Courtney for a wonderful stay!
We had a relaxing, wonderful stay. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The king-sized bed is great - we slept well all week. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the balcony, ocean-view and watching the beautiful sunsets. It’s a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Kona, the luau at the nearby resort and the sandy beach park next door.
The condo changed ownership from the point I booked to when we stayed. The transition between owners was smooth, and Lee and Courtney, the new owners, were great to work with from the start.
