Great location, excellent air conditioning. There is road noise do the proximity of Alli road. Noisy for the second bedroom. The owner was very accommodating.
Bob was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and the location right on the water was truly amazing! The condo had everything we needed for exploring the area, like snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Watching the surfers from the lanai was fun, and being near the town activities and restaurants was also convenient. The AC was a nice add on as well, though it does get hot in the twin bedroom at night- fyi. Overall a great trip to Kona that we will remember!
The condo was a great layout for 2 adults and 2 teens. Such a nice quiet condo complex felt like we had it to ourselves. Good distance from anywhere on the island. About 30 min to the closest gorgeous beach. Inside the condo was anything you could need like beach chairs, Snorkel masks, boogie boards. Very accurate listing 10 min from downtown Kona, grocery stores, restaurants. Great view of the ocean. Owner answered questions promptly. We truly loved it here.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in this unit in Kona. The condo is right on the beach and has a great pool. It's close to everything in the city. There are many restaurants close by. This was our first trip to Hawaii and I didn't know the area at all but Bob gave great advice and there is a fantastic book of recommendations in the unit. We were lucky enough to see the volcano erupt while we were there. Saw it start erupting on the live feed and immediately drove to the national park. Pro Tip- You can get to the National Park faster if you take the southern route. It has more twists and turns but less traffic since you avoid folks coming the other way from Hilo.Back to the room, it was clean, easy to get to, parking was great, and the AC was just what we needed. I would highly recommend this unit.
Would have given 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t have any water in it. The condo itself is well maintained for an ocean front property. The elevator is grimy but the condo was clean. We had a great time. The surf spot is on a reef and really only for experienced surfers. Gorgeous views that can’t be beat
Kona is easily accessible and has all we need. This trip inttoduced us to Banyon Tree which was good. The condo was clean and comfortible. Thank you Aloha Bob!
Great stay, beautiful views. Fun time having coffee, listening to the waves and watching the surfers from the balcony. Unit was as advertised. Excellent location, close to everything. Beach chairs worked out great. The washer and dryer were very nice to have available. Excellent communication throughout the stay. We had a minor issue with the AC, they offered to take care of it, but we said it was no big deal not to worry we just wanted to let them know about it. We requested an evening check out, they said OK and surprised us with no extra charge.
Everything was great, comfortable, and easy. It was a wonderful part of our Hawaiian vacation! We hope to return.

Our family of 4 are frequent visitors to Big Island and we have stayed in many places along Ali'i Drive. This condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean - so close that you can almost feel the splash of the big waves. We loved the fact that no one is looking into your condo.
It was spacious enough for the four adults and we spent many hours in the condo playing games and having meals on the lanai.
The owner is very nice and communicative.

Beautiful condo, very clean. With everything you need and a small market across the street if you forget anything. Best of all is the Lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean with waves crashing. We kept the windows and doors open for the breeze and slept great. During daylight hours we had surfers to entertain us. Plus, the big island has so many great activities. The owners left a personalized guide which gives some great insights.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was spacious for our family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked not only with utensils but also essentials like salt, pepper, sugar. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The highlight of our trip was watching whales right from the lanai which we did not expect at all! Plenty of towels, body boards, snorkeling kits - we had everything we needed for a cozy and fantastic stay. Highly recommend

The views are amazing. We were able to see whales breaching from the condo. It was a great and we would stay again. Owner is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond.

Bob’s property was great to stay in! We have stayed in different Hawaii islands and similar properties and this felt like home. Bob was easy to communicate with, and took care of anything that needed attention right away. We hope to come back and stay at one of Bob’s properties again in the near future!
Great spot for our families vacation. Centrally located to so many great spots around Kona and the condo was stocked with the items to keep us comfortable during our stay.
The condo was in excellent shape! Extremely clean. We loved waking up to the ocean views. Had the pool to ourselves. The unit is right above the parking spot which is easily accessible by stairs otherwise there’s an elevator on the other end, too. Location was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
