Absolutely amazing views!! This location is ideal as it’s close to the major restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you can enjoy the amazing ocean sounds. Bob was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Outstanding views at a great location. We were able to prepare and eat our meals at the condo. We enjoyed much needed family time with our adult children.
Everything about our stay went well - communication with Bob was on time and very helpful. Condo was clean and very well equipped for travelers with items like beach towels and snorkel gear. Location was perfect - a few blocks away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona but minutes from boat launches for snorkeling. We loved the quietness and the views from the lanai were great - nothing beats breakfast watching local surfers and stunning sunsets!
This condo really is great. It has everything you could want. We tend to cook a lot when we stay in a rental and we found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I love the ceiling fans. We ate every meal on the lanai and that was our go to place in the mornings and evenings. The condo is exactly 2 miles from the Coconut Grove Market, and only a 1/2 mile from the Ali'i Marketplace. I ran and walked down Ali'i Road daily for one reason or another. On-site parking and laundry in the unit are also big pluses! Bob was wonderful to deal with and very responsive.
The only negative for me was the bathmats. Please invest in some new ones. I couldn't tell if they really hadn't been washed or are well used and stained. This is easily fixable though and would not preclude me from recommending this great place. We had an issue getting in (which apparently was user error on our part). We didn't realize that you turn the key and push the door open at the same time, so Bob came and rescued us so we could get in. Once that mystery was solved, everything was great. Hopefully that pro-tip saves you the call.
the unit showed a lack of normal maintenance and needed several repairs the unit was overvalued based on other upgraded units we've stayed in at Kona Bali kai
Loved our stay in this condo! It was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view from the lanai was awesome and I spent every morning enjoying it while eating my breakfast! You are right on top of the ocean! The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby. It was centrally located on the island so all points of interest were never more the 2 hours away! Bob, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Our family (including sons 16 and 20) spent a week here. It was close to everything and a really great base of operations (you can get anywhere on the big island within 2 hours). The view from the lanai was incredible - we spent a lot of time sitting out there, reading and watching the surfers. Loved the kitchen - better stocked than any others I have stayed in. Everything was clean and easily accessible. It was very quiet, even though there seemed to be plenty of people staying there. Bob is great - very timely in his response to email. Definitely recommend!
Fabulous view of the ocean. Could sit all day and watch surfers and the wildlife in the rock pools on the seashore.
Apt is well stocked with everything you’d need, from snorkeling gear, beach stuff and little things left over from other tourists like sunblock, after sun etc. There were family board games and an old binder full of info of places of interest to visit and good eateries.
The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had.
Definitely recommend, would stay again if I were to come back to the Big Island.
