We had high expectations for our stay at this village and we got lucky! Amazing apartment with an mesmerizing view. We woke up every day to the sounds of the ocean right outside our lanai. Cleanliness was good although there were a bug issue in the kitchen - nothing major though. The property was quiet and nice and parking spaces were big and spacious. Would definitely recommend!!
We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! The corner balcony has a spectacular view!The condo has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, and additional fans too, which was nice.It was wonderful that it was located so close to the shopping and restaurants. There was even an espresso stand located in the same parking lot which was convenient.The bath towels were nice and soft. It was helpful that you had a night light that we could use for the bathroom.The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach items in the unit for use.The unit was conveniently located near the pool and the parking lot.We had a great time and will rent here again!

We have stayed in Kona 4 other times and this unit was the best one for comfort and view! Sitting on the Lanai, watching the sun set and listening to the waves every day was the reason why we picked this place. It was fully stocked with toiletries, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear for 2, comfortable king bed in the bedroom and had a comfortable pull out couch. I was worried about not having air conditioning but with all the windows open and the fans going the ocean breeze was all you needed. The grounds are well maintained and manangement was just a friendly phone call away. You won’t be disappointed and we will be back! Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A close walk from the parking lot, downstairs, and the views of the ocean were amazing. We slept soundly each night listening to the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We drank our morning coffee and had our meals out there too. We saw whales out in the distance and enjoyed watching the boats and kayaks.
We had an amazing time this is the best unit in the entire complex. Highly recommend, unless you want to go at the same time I do, then i recommend you find something else, haha

A great condo with really nice views from the lanai of the ocean. Close to the pool and grill/picnic table areas (but not too close so it is not noisy). Easy to get around Kona and the rest of the island from this location. Will definitely book this unit again. Mahalo

We always enjoy staying at Sea Village, and this time was no different. Incredible views and a well-stocked condo. It was easy to communicate with the rental company, as well. We would stay again!

This was a really nice place with an informal feel consistent Big Island life. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good mix of guests. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. Ocean and sunset views were beautiful.

Good communication, easy check-in and very clean. The best part is the waterfront location. Very relaxing listening to the ocean. As mentioned in the description there is no A/C which makes for very warm afternoons, however, there are several fans to use. Cools off in the evenings and mornings. Very private.

We loved the location and the condo. Hearing the sounds of the waves on the rocks was relaxing. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. A small air conditioner in the bedroom would have been nice, as a couple of nights were a bit stuffy when the breeze died down, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

The Rental was amazing! It was very easy to locate, and getting the booking was a piece of cake. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable king bed, nice size bathroom, and several spices were there when we needed a few things for our cookout. The pool was very clean and lots of lounge chairs. Having bathrooms right there next to the pool was excellent planning, when resort was built. The view from our balcony was spot on with the pictures that advertise this rental. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. We whale watched from the balcony, also watched parasailing and kayaking in the same spot. It was very low key and relaxing in this area. We even stayed an extra day with absolutely no problems. We just sent a text to the management, and they accommodated us with no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a great vacation.
