Beautiful condo. Building is dated. The confirmation stated the manager would check in with us the day of arrival. I had no contact but wasn't too worried as our flight arrived after 10pm and we arrived at the condo close to midnight. Keep in mind that midnight is 5am where I started the day so I had been awake about 22 hours except for about an hour nap on the plane. Got inside, dropped our bags, and oohed and ahhed at the view. This was the 50th state for my 88 year old mother and me so this was a special trip. I went to turn down her bed and thought it strange that the covers were askew on the made bed. Noticed other weird things like a dirty glass in the sink and no parking pass. It looked like the cleaner was called away before they completed their cleaning. Everything looked good, beds were made, towels folded on towel racks, so off to bed for us. It hasn't until a couple days later the manager let me know she had missed our reservation on her calendar and the apartment hadn't been cleaned!! Seems the owners were there immediately prior to our stay and they must have tidied up before they left. But that means sleeping on dirty sheets and dirty bath goods on the rack. Other concerns are that the pool is directly below the front door and pool noise can be loud in the front bedroom. There were many maintence projects going on while we were there including shutting down the elevator for a few hours, shutting off the water the morning we left, plus other annoying noises.
Wonderful! Went by too quickly.
The view was wonderful! The condo was well stocked. I will stay here again when I come back!

A wonderfully comfortable unit with amazing views. Very clean and well maintained. Decor and furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed eating and just sitting on the lanai on the lovely comfortable outdoor furniture watching sunsets and spotting turtles. We appreciate and thank Holly for being so accommodating and helpful. We definitely would love to return to this fabulous unit in the future and highly recommend it as well.
This condo was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Perfect location for a view of the ocean. Owner is kind and helpful.
This condo was amazing. Clean as a whistle, comfortable - that recliner is the best! And the views were spectacular from the lanai. Holly was super responsive to our needs and so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property!
This was the perfect place to relax. Loved the view, the pool and the area. Hill is a great hostess.
We loved our stay here! Holly is an excellent host. The home literally has everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable. The views from the lanai are outstanding. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning and enjoying my coffee outside. We were able to keep the doors open for most of the stay and only turn the air on at night when it got stuffy.
The front room gets warmer than the rest of the condo, but if you position the 2 fans to draw in some of the cool air, it is ok. My kids never had an issue, but if you are warm natured, it might be better to take the master.
Getting around town is fairly easy. There are lots of things to do close by. I highly recommend the outdoor market down the road. Great vendors and lots of souvenir options.
We saw turtles and there are lots of sea urchin in the coves below, so always make sure you wear your shoes in the water and keep your distance from the turtles!
I would love to come back here one day and hope to stay with Holly again!
Nice oceanfront condo with great views and A/C. The unit has been remodeled and has a nice kitchen and baths. It has nice towels and plenty of paper products. Great to have the beach chairs, beach towels, ice chests and a washer and dryer. The complex is older and the elevator is slow, but the view from the 4th floor is worth it! We just walked the stairs unless we were carrying too much stuff.
