This condo was everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, out of the busy action but close to everything Kona has to offer. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Was perfect location and right by the pool for our kids and a great ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked.
I could not have been more impressed with Lonna and Mike's condo! Larger than any other condo I have stayed in and beautifully decorated. Anything we could have needed in the bathroom and kitchen was supplied, and then some. Spent every meal out on the lanai with the beautiful ocean view. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!
This condo was so nice and well appointed. The cupboards are stocked with spices and baking basics as well as plenty of foil, food wrap and bags to make lunch for the beach. The beds are comfy and the unit is easily cooled off with central and in room AC. The lanai looks right out at the ocean pool and the beautiful crashing waves on the lava rock just on the other side of the pool. Sunsets are amazing! Highly recommend!
Sisters and Mom revisited the Big Island 2014. Will make it an annual event!
This beautiful, well-kept condo had everything our family needed for a perfect vacation and much more that we didn’t even know we wanted! From a personal welcome note, to the stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oils and every kitchen appliance) to the great AC systems and most comfortable beds.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We loved watching gorgeous sunsets from the lanai and relaxing by the pool in the late afternoons. The kids were so happy to have boogie boards to use on our beach outings. Everything about this condo and the whole complex was exceptional.. we’d definitely stay here again on our next BI visit!
This was our third trip to the condo and as usual it was perfect. The home always has exactly what you need and want to stay in and enjoy that view. The distance to the pool and ocean is unbelievable. If you are looking to relax this is the place for you. If you want to participate in some pickle ball or other activities also the place for you.

We just returned from a family trip to the Big Island where I celebrated my 40th birthday. I can't say enough about this condo!
I appreciated being in constant communication with Lonna from the time we booked through our stay.
The pictures don't do this condo any justice! The location is perfect. I appreciate that the complex is in a gated community. With access to multiple pools and tennis/pickleball courts. I was lucky to be able to enjoy perfect sunset views while sitting on the lanai most evenings.
I also really appreciate all of the attention to detail that was put in to the condo. There are multiple notes and instructions throughout. We never had a question about how to use the TV, fans, etc. I highly suggest you visit the condo and take an inventory of items already supplied before you head to the store. The condo comes equipped with many of the things you would need to make your stay comfortable (spices, kitchen items, laundry detergent, etc.). We also had access to a small cooler, cooler bag and everything you would need for a day at the beach (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). We even tried pickle ball for the first time since we had access to all the equipment!
This condo was the perfect home away from home. I hope I'm lucky enough to be able to stay there again some day.

The condo itself was exceptionally clean, and beautifully updated from head to toe with comfortable furniture, beds,
linens and well working appliances. The kitchen was more than fully stocked and the grounds around were well tended with security.
We hope to make a return visit.
