We had a wonderful stay at the Lanikai Condo. The kids had a lot of fun going between the warm pool and beautiful beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, it was walkable to great food, shaved ice and stores. The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer and that the kitchen appliances were all updated. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!
We had such a wonderful stay and it was better than it even looked in pictures. The unit was lovely and perfectly equipped- lots of water/beach gear and beds were very comfortable. The heated pool and the little beach was perfect for our 15 month old to enjoy and we were pleasantly surprised by the location. You can walk the beach path North a ways and there are plenty of great spots to eat in this location. Plus the sunrise from the huge lanai was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again!
Not only is Kauai a magical place, this home is magical with the view and lovely interior.
It was a fun stay I wish I was notified that the unit did not have an A/C unit. We had a hard time sleeping since the temps were extremely hot!

5 years since our last visit to Hawai’i and 25 years for Kauai. (Honeymoon). Property was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though there are so many beaches to visit, having your own semi private beach steps away from your condo just can’t be beat. No driving, no packing. We would definitely stay here again.
Stop looking and book it already! This place is awesome! From the beach to the pool and the lanai it was perfect for my family. Also great central location to get around the island. You wont regret this place!!
My family of four loved everything about this property! Stunning beach, amazing views, easy access to the pool. We loved how many supplies came with the apartment — binoculars for bird watching, coolers for the beach, and snorkel gear. And my kids enjoyed the soccer ball and corn hole game. The dishwasher broke during our stay, which was a big bummer, but they gave us a complimentary late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Kaua’i! Much appreciated.

Stayed here with our family for spring break and loved the proximity to the pool and beach! The view is top notch! We spent a lot of time on the lanai and ate almost all meals out there. The unit was plenty big enough for the four of us.
The location on the island was great for easy access to activities and excursions. We booked a lot of our tours and activities through the concierge service that is offered after booking and it all worked out great - very organized.
I do think the unit could use a refresh on the small kitchen appliances (ie blender, toaster etc) as they didn’t work well and could use a good dusting on some of the older furniture pieces (ie wicker stools). Parts of this unit seemed refreshed and others on the older side so it may be a rolling work in progress.
Other than those minor items, this unit is really wonderful for those who want to hear the ocean waves and be close to the water!
The property was very nice. Right on the ocean with a swimming pool as well. We very much enjoyed everything.

Pros…Amazing location, fantastic apartment in terms of space and equipment. We lived on the balcony so the best view ever. The beach and pool area are second to none.
Cons… no air conditioning . There is one unit in the guest bedroom only. It was often too warm . For me, the bedding quality was not great and we noticed stains after bed stripping. Not a major issue. We requested a bag drop but there was no one here. After several attempts we finally got a code but it was frustrating after 21 hours did travel .
If any reader can stand no AC then this apartment is fabulous. It is in the small print and I missed it so we just got on with it and an extra fan was promptly delivered.

This property was everything it was promised to be… A beautiful private deck toward the ocean, wonderfully appointed condo with everything we could ever need, and overall just a heavenly experience. We stayed at the sister property next door five years ago, we can say hands-down that we prefer this property. The group of condos was Smaller and more personal in size and a little bit off the beaten path. However the inside of the condo was huge, tons of space to spread out. It felt like overkill for only two people but it was an indulgence. One of the reasons we got a two bedroom was because I was worried about my husband’s back problems and wanted more than one bed option but the main room with the ocean deck had a perfect bed and he had no complaints. This is coming from someone that has an incredibly expensive motorized bed so we were very happy he was happy.
Having parking that was available and easy to access was a plus. Lava Lava is always a great place for a quick bite or a delicious drink and a short walk away. If you forget anything you can walk to the overpriced coconut marketplace for what you need but Safeway is a short drive down the road. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to leasing it in the coming years.

Celebrating milestone birthdays for my wife and our daughter, the second floor ocean view lanai made for a wonderful week in paradise. The view was exactly as shown in the on line listing. The property manager was very helpful to us in revising our accommodations and schedule in response to closings on Maui after the fire.

Location ideal! 15 min from airport, 60 min from Princeville, 2 hours to view canyon. Condo has stunning views of ocean, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, easy parking and close to great shopping - Coconut Marketplace. Highly recommended!
