This home is incredible….better than the pictures show! From check-in to check-out everything was easy and hassle-free. This location on the Kohala coast is beautiful! Sean and Robbie were more than accommodating. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a welcome tray of local goodies! Also, A/C had been turned on prior to our arrival so rooms were nice and cool. The home itself is beautiful! Everything looks brand new and was extremely clean. Finally, the view is unmatched. Beautiful sunrises greet you every morning and the most astonishing sunsets bid you aloha every night! During the day we lounged on the giant and comfortable lanai. At night we layed on the beach chairs and looked at the starlit sky.We stayed 8 nights and 9 days and saw maybe 5-6 people walk across the beach in front of our home. If privacy is what you want, then this is the place for you. At times we felt we were the only people on earth. This home is very well stocked. More stocked than any home we’ve stayed in before. As far as supplies go, we needed nothing. We cooked and ate at home for every meal.Try to catch at least one sunrise….and don’t miss any sunsets!!!We are already making plans to come back next year. A Hui Ho!!

We stayed at this outstanding property this summer and the entire family had a great time. The house was immaculate, and well appointed with plenty of extra towels, sheets, etc. The location and the view couldn’t be any better for us.Don’t expect a sandy beach. You’ll need some sturdy water shoes to walk around, but you should. We saw at least a dozen turtles in the water or sunning themselves on the rocks the first day we were there. You can snorkel right off the beach as well. The best snorkeling was to the left of the house. Just take your water shoes and a snorkel and you’ll see plenty of interesting things. Just be careful where you step. There are quite a few urchins all over.If you plan to explore the island, plan ahead as it’s quite a distance to the volcano national park, zip lining tours, etc which was perfect for us because we like to be away from the crowds.This was a great way to end our trip to Hawaii. We’d definitely stay again.
Our party included 3 families with 5 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 5. The home is lovely, with rooms looking out across the rocky shoreline to the ocean. The large lanai is comfortably furnished and we all spent much time out there relaxing to the sound of the sea. The shoreline is mostly rock pools with little actual beach, but fun for beginning snorkelers and children. We spotted several turtles swimming or sunning themselves on the rocks every day. The children enjoyed collecting coconuts, bits of coral and shells. The property is a short car ride away from some lovely sandy beaches.We found the home comfortable and well appointed. The bedrooms are large and airy, with comfortable beds and private bathroom. There is a washer and dryer and a handy outside shower for rinsing off after swimming. Closets are well stocked with linens and towels (bath and beach) and household necessities such as detergents, paper goods, and staples in the kitchen e.g. sugar and condiments. We were treated to a welcome bag of coffee and some snacks on our arrival. There is also a stash of books, puzzles and games in the living room, although not much for young children.The management were responsive and friendly, sending us information before we got there and checking on us to make sure that we were OK after our arrival.Every one of us loved our stay in this home.
