Despite the tsunami warning, it was a good stay. Awkward to have to pack up in middle of stay and the unpack again andpack when we left.Felt that property managers were a little slow on responding, especially my request for later check out time(didn’t even answer my request).Besides tsunami warning and slow/no communication, property was well stocked, clean, and accessible.
Overall our stay was pleasant.
Nice condo, true to the description and photos. Very well stocked kitchen, and a closet full of beach gear: umbrella, beach bags, beach towels, body boards... The separation between the master bedroom and the living room is a Japanese style sliding paper wall, so not a lot of privacy, which did not bother us since it was just the two of us. Also, the condo is located on the lowest floor, below the level of the walkway to the buildings, which means that the windows of the second bedroom and the kitchen are at the level of said walkway. Not an issue in the kitchen, but it makes the second bedroom a bit cave-like.It's very close to the ocean, and we enjoyed sleeping with open windows, to the sound of waves. There is a hiking trail behind the fence along the patio, that gets busy in the morning with hikers and joggers, but it's a gorgeous trail along the coast line, passing by a lava arch, the beautiful Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, and all the way to beautiful bluffs. It's about a ten minute walk to Poipu Beach. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after our hike. Overall a lovely stay.
We usually stay in Princeville but decided to stretch out try South Shore. It was very nice. Close to shopping, restaurants and local businesses. Even went to the Farmers Market at Kukui Grove.We did travel to Kaapa and went to Kealia Beach. Good body surfing conditions there. We'll be back!
Our family had a great time in Kauai and the condo fit our needs well. The condo was very clean and is well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. This is a great location and within walking distance of popular beaches and beach walks with great views.
Spacious, well equipped unit. Kitchen was incredibly supplied with all the large and small appliances you could ask for. Perfect to have in suite laundry and showers were supplied with lovely shampoo and body wash. The host communication was excellent and was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Small issue with a toilet was fixed immediately without an inconvenience. No AC, the unit does get incredibly hot. 2 X standing fans and some ceiling fans. The front bedroom was the most challenging and some difficulty getting the window open created some hot yoga type of nights. For tall adults those beds were also short. Would be perfect for kids. There were 4 adults in our party and the unit was perfect. Close to shipwreck and Poipu beach. Car is a must on this island parking was ample. PoolAnd hot tub area were well maintained, excessively clean and there was no issue with noise. Large storage closet that has a lot of miscellaneous items for use. A couple beach chairs need to be replaced. One doesn’t close for carrying on the back and several leave rust stains on clothing. Otherwise access to a cooler. Snorkelling gear, water shoes, umbrella, etc. Tjanks for a great stay!
Very clean condo, furniture a little outdated. Enjoyed the patio and loved the kitchen and appliances. Would definitely stay here again.
We quite enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean, the property was exactly as described/photographed, and the location was perfect for us. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental I've stayed in, and they even included a lot of other extras in the unit like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, body boards, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!
My family and loved the homeyness feeling of the unit. Boogie boards, small appliances, and feeling of the unit was great. Please be warned there is no air conditioning so leaving deck doors open was a needed. There are fans though aplenty
The condo was very quiet and cozy. Clean property and unit. Nice views of the ocean.
The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed for meal prep and beach days. There were days that we wished the unit had air conditioning but the ocean breeze helped cool down at night. Being so close to the cliffs was perfect for us. We spent many hours watching the waves crash against the rocks and the turtles catching food. Traveling to Poipu beach was easy as it is an easy 10 minute walk.We would recommend this unit and hope to make it back for another visit!
Great sunrise/sunset views on the property. Walk to great beaches. Easy ride to Lihue and other destinations.

The property lacks ac and the back bedroom got very hot. A screen on the entrance or cooling system is suggested. The patio area is nice- unfortunately the furniture has rusted through and was not able to be used. Would stay again if there was ac and the patio was fixed as the location is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful pool area and views.
We wanted a quiet and calm downtime vacation and this property provided that. Abundant towels, bags and beach gear available. Great kitchen and lanai, it's right on a public path so easy access but still has privacy due to a landscape burn. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable and in a great location! We were concerned about no AC, but found it comfortable with the doors open and fans on. We would definitely stay again!
It only took us 20 min from LIH and the location was easy enough to find. I wish I had arrived earlier in day rather than 11p but that was my bad, also I had thought I received email for entry from VRBO but I got a n email direct from owner, unfortunately went to my junk emails-just a small embarrassment on my part getting into unit. But after that the stay was great! The location is amazing good walking area and so close to drive or 15 min casual walk to beach. The unit had everything except AC but opening windows/doors solved that. The pool is close by and great if you don’t want to be sandy. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. And the cookies on arrival was a nice touch. It does have a few fans and could use one more but that’s just a suggestion from two menopause ladies lol. Basically we had a great time.
Great location and property.
The property was very large and roomy. There is no air conditioning in the unit. Nights were hot so it was hard to sleep. We had to leave the sliding door open. I didn’t feel safe knowing the door was open.
The unit provided extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear.
This property is in a fantastic location. We would give it a solid 4/5. The property management team is 5/5! They were easy to get ahold of and very speedy with response. They had said in an email we would have use of boogie boards but none were there when we got there so we enquired. Right away we got use of two brand new ones. The place is well equipped. We did miss having A/C tho and a view from the lanai. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting
