Clean, great location and the condo had everything we needed. Amazing sunsets from the lanai.

The property is beautiful. The condo was well equipped with a lot of extras like beach chairs, etc. it was clean and a delightful place to stay.

It was a well maintained property with a great direct ocean view. The place was thoughtfully and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay! It was literally next door to The Beachouse restaurant which a great place for a nice dinner. Would highly recommend!

We had a great visit. Greg was an excellent host. The view from the lanai was incredible. We spotted turtles, dolphins and whales.

This is our second stay at this condo and it was even better than the first as we spent more time there just relaxing. It’s a great place to stay with great views and just a short drive to many good restaurants. Greg is a great host.

Incredible view right on the ocean and comfortable beds! Greg was very responsive to all our questions and gave us great recommendations for activities and local restaurants. One of the closets was well stocked with all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards and more!) we would definitely come back to stay here!

This condo was so amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect! We loved the oceanfront. It was peaceful and relaxing. We can not wait to stay here again. We would definitely want to stay in the same condo. The manager Greg was so helpful and responded in a quick manner. If your wondering if you should book this condo... do it! You will not regret it! Love love love it!

Was extremely humid in bedroom. So everything was damp. The large bedroom was great. Small one not so much. There was nowhere to put our clothes- lived out of our suitcase for 10 days! Need a dresser !

The condo had everything you needed for beach time and you can’t beat the location right on the water with sunset views.

VIEWS…LOCATION…VIEWS!!! This condo is perfectly situated along the south shores in Kōloa. We had the option of getting a condo on the top floor with a balcony and I’m so glad we chose Greg’s condo on the bottom floor instead. There was nothing like opening the door and walking out to the view, the turtles, the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Stunningly beautiful! It was a little noisy when there were people in the unit above us, the toilet flushing by them sounded like it was above your head coming through the ceiling. The sofa is not the one in the photo, it wasn’t comfortable and had a thick foam piece that isn’t covered. The minor inconveniences are far overshadowed by the beautiful location and views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island next!

Great location! Clean. Owner was very responsive with his messages. Laundry on each floor of the complex has change machine, need quarters. Beds were very comfortable. Keyless entry, so no need to worry about keys. Air conditioning was very nice. I look forward to another stay here

The condo was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the green grass and water. Greg was very easy to communicate with and gave us great information regarding activities and restaurant recommendations before our arrival. Would definitely come back!

This is the best place to stay if you want to stay near Lawai. The view is amazing and you are steps from the ocean. The unit is beutiful, spacious and very comfy.

The view from this property is unmatched. Truly amazing. However the furniture represented in the pictures, specifically outside, is not what is currently there. We had one wood chaise lounge with no cushion (making it unusable) and four solid wood chairs that were extremely uncomfortable with no back cushions and ill-fitting seat cushions. These were likely chosen for durability with the sea air but were extremely uncomfortable. We opted to just use the Tommy Bahama chairs that came with the unit to sit outside instead. The unit is very well stocked with anything you might need, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs. The couch in the unit has also been updated from the pictures and is really awkward to sit on (hard to explain how; you’d just have to experience it). Overall, a good unit. Pictures should be updated to accurately reflect what is currently there, and I would recommend new outdoor furniture or at least invest in cushions for comfort (and for the chaise lounge to be usable).

This is a nice condo in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches. The a/c works great and the beds were super comfortable. But the best thing is the million dollar views!

We enjoy this location because it is quiet, convenient to Lihue and great location to get to most adventures on the island.

This condo has the most incredible view, right on the ocean. Much better than the photos. It’s right next to one of the best restaurants- The. Beach House. Amazing sunsets. Poipu beach is about a mile and half from the condo. You can snorkel there and see the turtles & monk seals. The beds are very comfortable with really nice sheets. It’s an older condo that has been remodeled.Greg is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to be back again someday.

Excellent location. Near restaurants and shops. Walk to Baby Beach. The condo is about 30 feet from the ocean. We had our coffee and breakfast in the lanai every morning looking at the waves and surfers.Greg was excellent at responding to questions and a request.

Property description & pictures were correct. Condo was clean & had all amenities needed for a great oceanfront stay. Plenty of free parking, complex was quiet.Furniture could use an update as sofa/chairs were uncomfortable. But beds were very comfortable.Can’t beat the location & oceanfront view for watching surfers, turtles & got to see Humpbacks right from the lanai.Definitely would stay again.

We spent a very pleasant 5 days in Kauai at this condo. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with anything a cook needs to create delicious meals, and the view is amazing. This cond is in a great location for walking to beaches, and shopping. The other guests and owners in the building are very friendly and gave us great advice about restaurants and sites to visit...and where to find change for the washers and dryers.

By far my favorite place to do a staycation with my family

We love this property right on the ocean. Plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. Close to shopping and right next to a wonderful almost private snorkeling beach.

Wow! The pictures are accurate. The condo is in the best location with sunrise and sunset views. Amazing! The condo is well appointed. The owner has everything you need for a perfect beach day. We utilized the chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear. All was in good condition. We enjoyed watching the turtles from the back yard. We also used the binoculars to whale watch. The condo is comfortable. The beds are nice, plenty of water pressure and hot water. The condo was also quiet and allowed us to rest well after a busy day of activities. We snorkeled all over the island, but honestly the best snorkeling was in the little cove right next to the condo. There were turtles galore! Our teenage daughters also loved laying in the grass behind the condo to get some sun. It was wonderful to drink coffee every morning, watch the sunrise and listen to the waves crash. The owner provided excellent communication. He gave us tips on where to go for hikes, tours, beaches and good. He was very helpful! We would stay here again.

I have stayed at Kuhio Shores before, many years ago (early 1980s) in a different ground floor unit, and it was great to revisit. The good things: It was great to be next to the ocean with just the narrow strip of lawn separating the lanai from the ocean - hearing the waves was exactly what I had hoped. Fantastic view of the ocean, of course! Nice kitchen, and the closet full of gear was wonderful, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. First aid kit, too. Separate AC in each bedroom as well as in the living area was great, so we could tailor to comfort level. The not as good things: the furniture overall could use a refresh; the couch and chair cushions (which seem to be foam pads with fabric cover) are pretty much broken down and all covers could use a good wash or replace all. The master bedroom is a bit dark, with poor lighting even with both lamps and the lights over the sink turned on. Although the drop lights at the sink area worked, there is a central spotlight over the sink that did not work. Also, the light in the shower area would randomly go out. The bed in the master bedroom had a "well-used" feel - it is worn out with the typical "low sink spots" on both left and right sides. I tried to sleep in the center so there was a bit more support. Overall, a mostly comfortable condo in a perfect location. The Beach House next door, Koloa shops and restaurants minutes away, easy drive to Hanapepe and Polihale. Can't go wrong with the location!

The property was found to be as described and as pictured. The condo had everything we needed for our stay from a home standpoint, and also included nice beach equipment such as chairs, snorkeling equipment etc. The location was fabulous and peaceful. We would love to return!

This is a perfect location. Amazing views of sunrise and sunset from grass in front of lanai. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back.

Perfect for our last 4 days in Kauai- loved watching the surfers and turtles from the patio!

The view is everything! Beautiful ocean view and plenty of sea turtles visible. Check in was very easy.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Kauai and were thrilled with our choice of accommodations! We drove all over the island and could not have picked a better location. Easy access to Waimea Canyon, our helicopter tour, Wailua River kayak, wonderful dinner choices, cute shops in Koloa, and even a beautiful drive to the North Shore one day. So, this location works perfect for any activity you are doing. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy. The AC works. The owner is so kind and responsive. But the most epic part is the view! It cannot be beat. Just book it. You will not be sorry.

This property is fantastic for location! Beach is directly outside your door! I do think this place could use a deep clean and updated furniture but for location as well as the price, it can’t be beat! We had a great time here!

First time staying here and we loved it. Great view and convenient ground level unit that allowed us to walk out each morning and sit right by the ocean.

Fantastic Condo right on the water. Very comfortable beds and the ac works perfect. The couch is not comfortable however we spent most of our time on the lanai.

This condo was amazing! The location couldn't be better. Right on the water. You can see the sea turtles come in and feed right out the front door. Lawai beach is super close and great for snorkeling with the gear provided at the condo. Food, grocery, and shops super close. Instructions were all super clear and communication was quick and easy if we had any questions. Was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Kauai!

Wonderful place! And even better than expected. The home was well-stocked with everything you could want and expect (kitchenware, beach gear, first aid, etc). It’s clean, comfortable, and a beautiful place to be. I feel so lucky for being able to stay here. Thank you for sharing!

This place is as advertised with a great view and nice one story condo. The neighborhood was nice and we traveled north and west around the island and felt it was centrally located for our needs. We enjoyed the Poipu area. When I had questions, he was quick to respond and gave us lots of information.

Being right on the water makes the trip to Kauai extra special! Greg was very responsive and we had a great time in his property

Location and unit were great

We are so glad that we chose this property and to rent from Greg. We couldn't wait to open up the front door when we first arrived and go out to the back patio and see the incredible ocean view and watch the sunset, which we watched every night afterwards right from the grass area. We we were very comfortable in this condo with plenty of room to spread out and we felt at home. Greg is an excellent communicator which was very important to us when choosing a VRBO. We were glad that Greg lives on the island, but we had no problems or reasons to communicate with him during our stay. What a gem of a property this is! The lighting inside the condo was great with all of the dimmer switches for the perfect ambiance. We loved eating breakfast looking out at the ocean and sitting out on the patio looking at the stars at night! We would definitely recommend staying at this condo. No need to look any further. An oceanfront condo in Poipu doesn't get any better than this!

We all loved the property. Beautiful location and was right on the ocean. Close to many amenities. Manager/owner was very responsive to all of our contacts with him and he was very informative with activities and restaurant choices. The snorkel equipment was not in the condo as stated so he offered to bring some to us or we could buy some and he would have reimbursed the cost. Super nice location. The only negative was that the interior doors had frosted glass, while pretty they do not offer 100% privacy and that made our future daughter-in-law a bit uncomfortable. Back bedroom had signs of moisture damage on the ceiling. The bathrooms had glass bowl sinks that sat on top of the vanities. This makes it difficult for shorter people to reach over the bowl. They are quite beautiful. All in all this was a great condo to stay at. We really enjoyed the area. Poipu Beach was awesome to see turtles every evening. He also supplied coffee. *****

The condo was clean and comfortable. Greg was excellent with communications and met our expectations. I would recommend this condo as a great place to stay.

We could have spent our whole vacation on the patio. The surfers, turtles, seals, snorkeler’s even spotted dolphins and a whale. Oh and the sunset’s.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was near shopping and had a great little beach (Lawai) that was a good spot to snorkel. It’s down the street from Spouting Horn and a garden so there’s a bunch of things to do nearby. Poipu beach was only a few minute drive away. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too! Since it’s on the ground floor, there were some noises that we heard throughout the evening but nothing too loud or enough to even wake us up. Greg was very responsive and friendly. He helped make our first stay at Kauai amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time!

The apartment was perfect. Everything was as advertised. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views of the ocean.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s located on the south side of the island, 25 min drive from Lihue airport. First of all, thanks the owner Greg for his hospitality and for the easy communication with him. His condo is on the first floor, just on the water front and on the little Lawai beach where you can snorkeling (there are all beach equipments you need in condo). You will feel in this nice decorated condo like in your house. The Big Save Market is 6 min drive, Waimea Canyon is 40 min. It’s also two great beaches not far away where you can see seals and sea turtles on the beach and sunsets: Salt Pond Beach and Poipu Beach. Don’t forget to visit Kaua’i Coffe Company, for 15 years we buy and order coffee only from there. Amazing sunrises and starry nights from the front patio. I highly recommend this place!
