Spacious 2BR Poipu Retreat w/ AC, Lanais & Resort Amenities

The condo was very clean. We had no problems. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq were easily available. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well as did the fans. We were a 10 minute walk to two different beaches and shopping could be had by driving to Koloa or 30 minutes away to Lihue. The only issue I had was there were no chairs in the bedrooms. Chairs make it easier to dress.

Great accomodations! Unit very well appointed! Even the toilet paper was plush. We didn't need to buy any extras to get us thru our stay. We loved the walking paths to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beaches. We watched the turtles come in every night and sat at the Wine wall to watch the Beautiful Sunsets. Walked to Kalapacki Joe's for dinner and breakfast. Had a Fantastic Stay!

The condo was well equipped. Great location. Great property throughout. The landscape and facilities were great. A short walk on a well lit path was amazing. I would highly recommend this unit.

Spent a week here. Spacious, clean and the pool is right across the way. Only negative is how horribly uncomfortable the couch is!

Enjoyed the condo and its location the beach and the pool.. The only down side was the furniture in the living room was not comfortable!

We truly enjoyed this place! Location, floorplan, community, proximity to the beach - everything was great! 10 min walk to Poipu beach, assigned parking spot, pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. We recommend thos place to everyone who is looking for quiet and peaceful time.

This was an awesome property as past reviews have mentioned. The visit included, me, my husband and our adult daughter. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the location cannot be beat. Just to note, we did have one small issue with the parking spot assigned to the unit and the property manager was quick to respond with a solution which we appreciated. We will definitely stay in this unit again during future visits.

The property was very nice, well stocked and conveniently located. There's a handy walking path that goes to a beach in either direction. Close (but not too close) to shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed this spacious condo and its lanais and its proximity to the pool. Another exceptional quality was its location giving us quiet from traffic and others guests. E felt alone in paradise! Very relaxing!

Convenient location on Poipu. We chose this property for ground floor, pool view and central AC. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything needed for a day on the beach available. Quiet. Clean. Good response to questions

The property exceeded all expectations! The service provided by the property manager was exceptional. Mere hours after reporting a leak in the coffee maker and brand new one was delivered. Great location near beaches and shopping and the close proximity to communal pool/hot tub was a bonus.

This condo was everything we needed! Perfect for our family of 4. Great location - short drive to many restaurants, markets, beach or just a quick walk to the beach also. Can't miss watching the turtles on the beach at night! The air condition was a huge plus for us and the pool was right outside the door. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were great to have also. I cant say enough great things about this place!

Vacations are rarely relaxing with our two littles ones (age 4.5 and 16 months) but our stay at the Regency Mala Pua was rejuvenating and fun for the whole family. Our condo was just steps from the pool which our 4.5 year-old loved and the walk to the beach is an easy 10-minute stroll on a stroller-friendly walking path through manicured gardens, sweeping lawns, and gorgeous frangipani trees. (Our daughters loved running through the grass and climbing the trees. Such a kid-friendly place!) The property had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach or the pool with the exception of beach toys which we found for just $5 at Safeway in Lihue. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the master shower and jacuzzi bath was very luxurious. Even though you have neighbors, the property was quiet and with the windows closed you can't hear much at all so we slept great. My only complaint is that we BBQ'd at the pool and had to use paper towels for plates as there weren't any plastic ones (no glass allowed at the pool). A pour-over or French Press coffee setup in addition to the coffee pot would also be nice. :) These were just minor inconveniences though - it was an incredible stay and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the 610 condo. Area was quiet and the pool never busy. It was a little walk to the beach. I wouldn't do it with chairs and a lot of stuff though. Bring your own soap, since they only give you a little square one.

We had a great time with plenty of room to spread out. Great location

The apartment was a lovely surprise. Beautiful inside and the rooms were very spacious. Little niceties like the macadamia nut candy and coffee were appreciated. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. Despite being next to the pool it was quiet. The complex is clean and well-maintained even though it is not new. They do have quiet hours and rules re not hanging towels outside (which we forgot and got a reminder notice-sorry!). The cleaners will arrive at 10 promptly so be ready to go. Being ladies of the age of wisdom, we had the laundry done, the place clean and we left a few goodies and a tip for cleaners. We hope to make this an annual retreat and the other ladies are looking to book this apartment again for their family vacations.

Stayed here with two adults and two teens. Condo is large and roomy. Loved having the washer dryer. About a 5 to 7 minute walk to Poipu Beach and also to Shipwreck Beach. Easy to get to both via a lovely walking trail. Beautiful property, never used the pools, but they are very close.

Great location. We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan. The pool is literally right out the door and the beach is a quick walk. The AC is nice, it's needed some nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for our 6 nights in Poipu. Very quiet, nice pool right in front with BBQs to use. Easy 5 min walk to Brenekes and Shipwrecks beaches. Turtles resting up on the beach every night at Poipu beach, which had nice easy snorkeling- even better down by the Beach House restaurant 5 mins drive away.

We enjoyed our stay at The Regency apartment, it was very well located and comfortable for our family of 3. It was clean and furnished, the AC was definitely pleasant and access to the 3 pools was amazing. The listing is accurate, although some other reviews talk of sand toys, there are not any, but everything else for a beach trip comes with the place, which is great. Recommended for sure.

We just stayed here for our second time and it was so great! Amenities go above and beyond so that you feel right at home in paradise. We look forward to next time!

Our family stayed for one week. The condo was so comfortable and stocked with EVERYTHING. All the little extras like coffee & creamer and coolers and beach chairs to borrow. We cooked a lot on the kitchen and found everything we needed. The location is great, right by one of the pools. A beautiful paved walking path down to Poipu Beach for snorkeling, seeing the Sea Turtles and Monk Seals. Just a note that it is a bottom floor unit so you do hear your upstairs neighbors. We would recommend this unit to friends and would stay again.

Nice unit and very responsive hosts. Main lanai looks right out at pool. Upstairs neighbors were loud for part of the stay, but management did what they could to address. Had a wonderful stay overall!

The manager was very responsive and made the whole process very easy. Very clean and we loved the walking paths.

My husband, 3month old, and I had a great stay at Regency 610. We spent a few nights in Princeville then moved to Poipu and the condo was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was a game changer. The location is great (other reviews mention being on the main walking path, which is true, but didn’t bother us), walking distance to the Hyatt & Poipu beach and right next to a pool. The unit was very well stocked and had beach gear, too. We would stay again!

This unit had everything you would need for a great time in Kauai. It was immaculate inside had chairs, umbrella for the beach. Close to the pool and just a walk to the beach. I highly recommend.

This was a beautiful unit that came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Check-in and check-out was easy. Communication with property manager was great. The resort is gorgeous with lots of lush walking paths. We loved this property and would return again. It was perfect!

We stayed 7 nights at this property and enjoyed every second. I would recommend staying here to everyone I know. The walk to the beach is beautiful and not far. We would walk to the beach every night to see the sea turtles. The pool is only 10 steps away which is nice. The host is very accommodating. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!

Close to pool,(nice).But master bedroom was right next to greenbelt path, so you have people walking right past. We had to keep the drapes closed all the time. The maintenance and gardening crews also walked by right outside the bedroom. Not very private. Other condos we’ve stayed in had enough TP, Kleenex,trash bags, and laundry soap to last our stay. Not so here, we had to buy more. The complicated double tv remotes were a nightmare. There was no instructions on how to use them. We struggled with them On both tvs the whole stay. We had to call to find out how to lock the front door. Again, no instructions anywhere. We’ll try elsewhere next time.
