Great location and beautiful sunsets. Loved hearing and watching the waves roll in. Property needs a little maintenance. Pool instructions were not clear. Keys in property did not work for door. After a day and a half, we finally got clarification on how to access pool. Listing states that there is a hot tub, but we were unable to find one. An A/C is definitely needed, the unit is hot night and day.
It was nice having the ocean view in the backyard. I wish there was AC or the listing would have clearly stated no AC. There were multiple fans but adjusting to the climate made the first few night restless.
Our granddaughter found this property for our trip. I wanted to chill and watch the whales, my husband wanted to see the volcanoes. We got exactly what we wanted
Thank you Todd for a beautiful stay! The condo is well-equipped and instructions were detailed and easy. Great kitchen. Nice rooms with the lanai being our favorite spot. Any time of day sitting out there was delightful - plus we saw whales spouting in the distance! Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were great to have on hand. The complex pool is nice & wasn't crowded when we went. Would definitely book again.
This was a great condo, stunning views, far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Close to great beaches, snorkeling and shopping.
Unit is very well equipped. It does show some rust from being so close to the sea water spray. Guest informed owner of her observations. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with owner’s stunning photos.

Great location for family of four (two teens). Equidistance to Hilo and the Volcano, close to captain cooks and the manta ray dock. Plus, the beautiful bay within walking distance. Unfortunately, the week we were there the surf and surge were super strong on the south coast making snorkeling treacherous, and the Humu's were biting. But fantastic views and sounds of waves crashing on the rocks right in front of the lanai.
After 10 years we returned to the Kona Swim and Racket with our daughter and two grand daughters. What a gem the complex is and especially the duplexes on the ocean!
The home is appointed beautifully with any thing you might need for the beach, meal prep, lounging etc. A plus is the professional photography that adorns each room-such a treat. Guests may enjoy an entire day at the resort with the pool (redone since last visit) tennis, pickle ball, BBQ and game area. Love, love, love it here!
When we arrived everything was as we expected with the exception of there not being an AC. The weather here makes an AC not necessary thank goodness! The location is perfect. It is quiet, close to town and easy to get to the different areas of the Island. The view is stunning especially the sunset from the lanai. Thank you for a great experience!! We plan to come back.
We booked this property fairly late and though it was once of the last units available in a desireable development, it was a good choice and a good value. Normal wear and tear was present (a bit of rust here and there, somewhat sticky screen doors, no AC, television set-up a bit awkward) but eveything else was in good shape and being right smack on the water was definitely a bonus. Keauhou Surf and Raquet Club is in a great location; close enought to town but far enough to be out of the tourist craziness and easy access to the Keauhou Shopping Center, road to Captian Cook and points south and close to the road to coffee contry (Holualoa). 2-102 is priced right for the amentiies it provides and I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to stay for a reasonable amount of money.

I booked a trip here about a month out. The place was clean, instructions were well detailed, and the property was beautiful! This is a great value for a place to stay on the big island. I was worried about no AC but the condo stayed comfortable and it was great to leave the doors cracked at night for a breeze off the ocean. I highly recommend this spot!
