Very quiet property which we loved! There was hardly anyone around the whole week which made it so relaxing for us!! The location was perfect and made for an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The balcony had an incredible view of the ocean!! The owner was prompt in responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place amazing views. Just enough room for 5.Only minor complaints were the 3rd bedroom is very hot and the washer and dryer made our clothes smell moldy but other than that it’s an amazing place to stay.
This rental is great if you are looking for a central location to explore multiple areas of the island but would like to come back to a quiet condo. The view from the lanai is fantastic and we enjoyed watching the turtles. If you are traveling soon, please note that the elevator listed under accessibility is currently being replaced and you will need to use the stairs to get to the top floor.
Our family had so much fun. Great location. We could watch whales and turtles from the balcony. Great beds. Host supplied everything needed for a great trip with everything thought out and labeled.
We needed three bedrooms and this was a good place for the price we paid. Halls & stairs could use more lighting and we couldn't find an operating manual. TV (especially) and the coffee pot were trial & error, but overall, the unit was clean and we liked being able to walk to the Ocean Center, Maalaea Harbor stores, and the beach.
We loved the stay. Saw turtles and whales. Hot tub in evening was awesome. Close walk for whale and snorkel tours
We spent the Christmas Holiday exploring the entire island and had the most amazing time!

This place was great! If it lacks anything it might be the size but for 4 of us it was comfortable. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The view is extraordinary, and we would see 10-15 turtles every day from about noon to sunset. We were within walking distance to where all the boat tours seem to come out of, a couple good restaurants and the aquarium as well. The host was fantastic as well and the check in process is super easy. This was a fun place to stay for sure, so enjoy Maui.
Our stay was short but the accommodations were perfect. A cozy place that felt like home with comfy beds and quite nites. The place was described to perfection. The host is friendly and very attentive.

The condo was nice but hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival. They were able to get a cleaning crew out there but after a long flight it was definitely an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was great. The view was amazing for watching the turtles and the Monk seal that lays out during the day.
Condo was great, in a central location, and the host had great communication. I would stay here again!
First time to Maui and this was a great central location as we ventured out each day, plus it was walking distance to the harbor where we did a couple of tours. View from the balcony was exactly what I wanted for our stay on the island and having 3 separate sleeping spaces worked well for our family.
The location was great during the day and quiet at the evening. It was centrally located of anywhere we went to during our stay. I would definitely come again.
This was our family’s first trip to Maui, and we were very happy overall with our stay here. The condo is very centrally located to whatever direction we wanted to go on the island making our activities easy to access. The condo itself is very comfortable and has a terrific view ( we loved sitting on the lanai watching the sea turtles!). The host was very communicative ahead of our trip and when we checked in. The only minor things that could have been improved was that one of the provided beach chairs was broken. Additionally, there was no cooler provided for beach trips. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
Our family of 4 had an outstanding stay at this condo. The three bedrooms allowed my husband and I as well as each of our sons (19 and 22) to have our own space but also provided areas to hang out together. The kitchen is small but very well equipped -- and the outdoor grill on the property was a nice bonus. The road behind the building dead ends at a park with a nice beach for morning walks. The location was perfect for exploring the island as it's centrally located on the west side near lots of resorts and beaches and also an easy drive to Paia and the road to Hana for a completely different experience. Point Break Pizza in the shopping area at Maalaea Harbor is exceptionally good if you don't feel like cooking and do not sleep on Hula Cookies & Ice Cream in the same area. We were able to watch sea turtles, tons of surfers and a harbor seal from our balcony. We also really appreciated the beach and snorkel equipment provided. Melanie and Neil were communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!
Lovely condo with spectacular ocean and island views, just steps from the ocean. We had a wonderful stay.
Great stay. The property was as advertised with a very communicative owner. Great A/C kept us cool each night except the attic room. The attic room bed was a little too solid as well. But overall a great stay, great location, great amenities.
The condo was a great home base for our multi generational group of 6. Melanie was very responsive to our questions and gave very clear and simple checkin/checkout directions.
The view was amazing, listening to the waves at night was pleasant and exploring the little beach was fun for the kids.
Location wise it was very easy to get most places in the island. Everything was 15-25 minutes away. There was however limited restaurants and shops nearby. We did find a great local pizza place at the harbor shopping center.
It was a real treat to stay at this property. It is well appointed, I was excited to see they even had an Instant Pot for my morning oatmeal! Everything was as it was stated in the description. We loved seeing the turtles on the beach, and watching the whales from the lenai. Everything worked and we never had to use the A/C once. It was not only a breathtaking view it was a relaxing place to stay! We hope to stay there in the future.
Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Maelaea is a perfect location for being close to the beach, marina and some restaurants/shops without the busyness of Kihei. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We traveled with our two kids (14 & 9) and they each had a room. Once we figured out how to get the tradewinds flowing through the condo, it was always the perfect temperature with no need for AC. Loved having the beach chairs and towels for our daily visits to beaches. The highlight was the patio overlooking the ocean. We watched whales and turtles every morning and night right from the patio. Overall a great experience and would book again.
Lovely, well appointed apartment in a great location, on the water with beach access (so many turtles!) We watched dozens of whales every morning with our morning coffee from the balcony. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc were great to have for beach days. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed this condo very much. Our first night there we saw whales, sea turtles and even a shark. The constant sighting of whales thrilled us the most. A couple of the bedrooms were a little interesting as one is a loft bedroom which overlooks the living room and there’s zero privacy, and another bedroom has an angled ceiling, perfect for bonking heads on. Also it has no window. Where I come from it’s not up to fire code for qualifying for a bedroom, but perhaps codes are different here in Maui. But thought it was worth mentioning if you plan to have kids or children staying in that room. But you can tell a lot of care has been taken in decorating and making it feel like a home. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the location is amazing and the view is incredible. The owners were lovely to work with. We would most definitely stay here again.
There are many places to stay along this stretch of beach, but this is the best. Great view, pool, jacuzzi,location and even turtles! We had a group of turtles that visited us almost everyday, it was great to see them bobbing in the surf or just sunning on the beach.
Loved our stay! Excellent communication with the host (a big plus). Home as described with outstanding views (and good wifi). Loved watching the sun rise and set, and seeing the whales in the distance and the turtles that rested on shore each night. The home was a great space for my family of 4 adults. Easy walking distance to the harbor and the beach. The best thing was the location. Quiet, low traffic area with easy access to the entire island. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends traveling to Maui. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
