Everything from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was perfect. The property was spectacular, and the views were incredible. The property owners were attentive and responsive. No one in my family wanted to leave.
We loved our time at this wonderful property while visiting the Kailua-Kona area! Perfect for a family of four! Our kids loved the nearby pool and beach. The condo is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Jim & Cyndie were wonderful to communicate with as well. Would return for sure!
Our family reunion could not have happened without Jim and Cyndie’s beautiful townhome and great communication. Ideal location for anyone who wants to fall asleep to the ocean, as I do. Everything is provided, and the amenities were wonderful. We love this particular complex and 177 is perfect in every way

Loved the place. Was clean, modern, confortable, and had such cute beach decor. Close proximity to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed using both. Would love to return.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern. So close to the ocean you can sometimes feel the spray from the waves. Beautiful sunsets. The complex itself is quiet and quite upscale. We are already planning our return for 2026.
Nicely remodeled accommodation. Well setup, clean and made for a great place to stay. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Awesome access to the beach. Lots of whale spotted from the lanai. Owners are great host responding promptly to our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place for a vacation getaway.
This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Jim and Cyndie were very attentive hosts, from communications to checking in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The townhouse has everything you need and then some. Ideal central location with an ocean sunset from the couch every night. Stunning, well-kept community full of birdsong and colorful foliage. We will be back!
The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable, AC was quick and worked great in every room! Fans were also appreciated for nights when we wanted to hear the ocean but still stay cool. Owners were easy to work with from start to finish. Can't wait to come back!
This place was perfect for our family of four. The patio out back was 20 feet from the ocean and a perfect place to watch sunsets. Great supply of quality beach items and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive but we had no issues to deal with. You want to have a car to stay here as nothing is within walking distance, but with a car, it was the perfect location.
We enjoyed our time at this property. Wished we could have stayed longer. The views of the ocean were absolutely amazing!

We were so comfortable in Jim and Cyndie’s townhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were VERY comfortable, air conditioning was great and the views spectacular! The boogies boards, chairs, umbrella and snorkels/masks were a delightful surprise and made our beach-time even more enjoyable. Jim communicated well to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!
The townhouse is exactly as described in listing. We ate several meals on the lanai, watching the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea pot! The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location for getting around the Kona side. Owner very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
The listed and property were just as described - super easy, centrally located in the Kailua area - If your searching for a great place for breakfast coffee with the waves, amazing sunsets and close to almost everything else, this is the place.

This ‘on the ocean’ townhouse has 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs and 1 full bath, kitchen dining living area plus outside lanai on the main level.
Can hear the ocean at night; see whales during the day.
My husband, adult daughter, 14 month old grandson and I stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is spectacular. Both the ocean view on the other side of the sea wall, and the proximity to grocery shopping (super KTA), restaurants and activities make this a great home base for exploring the area. The condo is comfortable and well stocked. We cooked most nights in the well appointed kitchen and used the BBQ’s by the pool twice. We loved the walk in shower in the downstairs bathroom. The condo is close to the pool, and there is a lovely black sand beach at the North end of the complex. Check in was easy and communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again.
This listing exceeds expectations. The ocean is right outside the door and witnessing the marine wildlife was wonderful. Two king beds and two full bathrooms made our stay comfortable. You can't miss with this property.
