In a location with often astronomical prices, this condo offers a terrific value with a full kitchen, Washer dryer in the unit, super nice furnishings and a comfortable bed within a hotel-like complex right on the ocean. Marc is very responsive. My only slightly negative comment is the "oceanfront" aspect of the listing is a little misleading as while the complex is oceanfront, the unit is not, although there is an ocean view somewhat from the right side of the lanai. But especially for the price this is a terrific unit and was much better than what we expected overall. Would definitely stay again.
Rm access code didnt work. Never were ablento access the unit. Middle of the night nowhere to go, response time was awful we finally left to for a place to stay. There should be someone LOCAL and or onsite to let us in the unit!! This place uses combo locks for access..really?
It had hair in the drawers in the bathroom. In the shower. Also was very dusty. The bed sheets felt dirty. Paying 150 cleaning fee was a bit much for it not being clean. Thank God I had time to wash the bedding and towels before we stayed the night.
The room was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants although a bit far to walk to anywhere. It was very clean, slightly outdated, but very nice place to stay. Perfect for 2 guests or a couple. Nice balcony with ocean view.
Condo is comfortable and spacious for a studio. Beautifuuly furnished. Comfortable bed.

Perfect little place to land every day after exploring the area. The building is beautiful & well maintained. The host of this unit was very responsive with the few questions we had. Close to downtown but far enough away that you aren’t caught up in the vacation traffic.

As im not used to be traveling in the US it was quite a job to find out my accomodation code.But with the kind help at the front desk of the property,and the helpmanager of Vbro ,finaly everything worked out to be OK.And I had a good night and short walk down to the Beach.Thank you
Clean room. Washer and dryer are super helpful. Beach gear in closet is also nice.

Clean, quiet, location outstanding, comfortable. The best sleep I've had in 35 years. Parking a breeze. Will definately be back! Also met a lot of cool neighbors feom Canada and Alaska!
This is a lovely studio condo in the best part of the complex. It's quiet and tidy, with a view of the ocean from the lanai. The pools are nearby but the noise of Ali'i Drive is far away.Marc is a terrific host, super quick to respond to questions and none of the weird host behaviors that you sometimes come across. We've rented this place before and surely will again.

The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.
Property was larger than it looks from the road. Entrance to the parking garage is on level 4 and the unit is below this level- confusing at first. Once we found the unit everything was fine.
This is our second time staying at Marc’s VRBO, and we had another pleasant stay. Marc is extremely attentive and responsive to communications. We love the location and cleanliness as well. We will for sure be back!
Beautiful view from patio…
The place itself was a decent place to stay with pool and hot tub. It had everything we needed. The location is great, we walked into town for dinner and drinks. The communication with the owner was timely and helpful.
The adult pool was relaxing, quite and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Perfect for time to unwind.
We had such a wonderful stay! So much so that we booked our next stay before we checked out. We live on the opposite side of the island. Occasionally we like to stay on the Kona side for a staycation. Within minutes of stepping out onto the lanai, we saw 3 whales that seemed so close to the shore. I was blown away! So close that we could hear them blowing out their blowhole!
The condo is very comfortable. Great location, clean, and the grounds are beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed 40 nights. It is a studio suite so keep that in mind if a lengthy stay. The unit needs some updating, the bathroom in particular. We made it work. The owner, Marc, was great to deal with. Communication was instant. You can’t beat the location and the resort itself is beautiful. Thank you Marc!!!
Loved being close to the water. The view isn’t a full view but it’s still a good one. Spacious patio. The pool and view from there was wonderful also. We utilized the bike share close by which made a quick trip to nearby restaurants. Otherwise it’s just over one mile down the road. Great coffee place close by, Green Flash.
This is an excellent, central spot to stay. There are two pools on the water. Love it! Beautiful complex. The lanai has an ocean view. You can always hear the waves and see whales and birds.
The unit was just as stated. Nice kitchen, lanai and amenities.
Property was nice enough. Would like instructions on what needs to be done for check out. Maybe a list of what is available and how to operate tv. Nicely accommodated. Had lots of extras you just have to look for. Marc was great with instructions for entry. No need to check in with resort. Overall it was good.
The condo itself was great and the overall resort was very comfortable.
