Ocean view room with queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access to the main lanai. En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk-in shower, toilet with an ocean view, and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2: Ocean view room with king bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV with cable, and access to a private lanai.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.

No hot water. Horrible bedding
I was reluctant at first to stay in a high rise but the two master suites sold me. Then we arrived and it was just lovely. The view from our front lanai of Lanai and Molokai lit up every morning was so beautiful and welcoming. The ocean view is just endless and you can see and hear from both balconies. We could see turtles in the ocean below although there is no beach. There is a small and very nice beach just a few minute walk down the road. The side balcony can be a bit windy and have some road noise but the road does mellow out at night. The condo is comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to a market and many beaches, sites and shopping. Highly recommend the Old Lahaina Luau. (Support Lahaina!) It is lovely and the food is authentic and very good as are the performances. A great stay all around.
The location was great! Beautiful views from the lanias! We were all pleasantly surprised by the restful sleep we had--couldn't loose with the cool cross breeze throughout the entire unit
This property is steps away from the beach, very clean and directions were detailed exactly as needed! Highly recommend and would stay again when returning to Maui!
