Gorgeous Oceanfront Year-Round Sunset Views from Lanai and Master Bedroom!

We just got back from the most wonderful vacation staying at the Papakea. The hosts are outstanding, and made the details leading up to, and during our stay, very easy to relax and have an amazing time. The views are incredible and the unit is stocked with everything you need. The Papakea is a very special place, and so is this outstanding condo. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home!! We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect

The home was so pretty. Beds were very comfortable and the view was awesome.

Beautiful sunsets every night! Tuttle sightings daily! Even saw a few spinner dolphin pods swimming by! Such an incredible view!

Condo was exactly as described in listing. Balcony faces west so you can view the beautiful sunsets between islands of Lanai and Molokai. Condo kitchen was adequately supplied with items needed for cooking meals and it also had nice supply of lawn chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc......was nice to not have to rent those items. Also liked having the washer/dryer.

The view was simply outstanding. You can’t get anything better no matter where you would stay. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had and the check in process was simple.

Ben and Lisa are wonderful hosts and we thank them for letting us rent their condo and being so accommodating. Everything needed was available and the grounds/amenities are top notch.

The place was beautiful and clean I loved our stay

We’ve stayed at Papakea several times and this is a great place, it has it all. Great view, we saw a whale, turtle and a seal. It is very well equipped - from to kitchen to the closet packed full of activity stuff. Cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, and all very nice.

The property is older, and the grounds seemed a little rundown. We also had an unannounced water outage which lasted from late afternoon until after we went to bed. This was obviously not the fault of the owner, but was inconvenient. The front desk gave no estimate of when the water might be turned on again. Although the condo itself was lovely, I would hesitate to stay at Papakea again.

Morning coffee on the lanai watching the whales, lovely clean furnishings with comfortable beds, happy hour and sunset dinners on the lanai - this was a wonderful, relaxing base for our West Maui vacation!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed unit. Everything for the beach and the kitchen you could need. Checking-in at the desk was easy and friendly. The host is incredible responsive and accommodating. Would love to stay here again. Probably for 10 days :)

This unit offered an amazing view and had everything we needed for our week stay. The primary bedroom had a great view of the water. The complex is beautifully maintained and an excellent location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ben and Lisa's condo. We frequently stay at Papakea and this was one of my favorite units. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and we loved spending time enjoying the incredible view. Communication leading up to our stay was great, and we were so appreciative of an early check-in on arrival day. Thank you so much Ben and Lisa for sharing your home with us, it was paradise!

We have been staying at the Papakea Resort for the past 29 years and and have stayed in this unit multiple times when available for our dates. The unit is steps from the water and has all amenities you need. The owners are awesome and you will not be disappointed!

We checked into the condo for 4 nights and from the moment we walked in it was absolutely stunning. The condo is in a stones throw of the ocean and listening to the waves crash was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife, myself, and our friends are Papakea junkies, having stayed there many times; So when we saw this property available, we immediately booked it. Not only was it ocean front, but it was during our favorite time of year- whale season! We enjoyed many mornings on the lanai, watching the whales breaching, and this time, also saw spinner dolphins and a few sea turtles- all from the comfort of our lanai! The booking process was very easy thanks to Ben and Lisa- prompt, clear communication on what to expect on arrival, as well as during our stay. I can't thank them enough for allowing us to borrow this amazing location. You know it's a great spot when you are making plans to return even before your vacation is over! - John, Sherri, Marti and Eric

We had a nice stay! Our guest bathroom shower drain was not working. The water kept filling up when taking a shower. Dave was supposed to come and fix it but we were not there when he came. Same thing happened the same day. Also we ran out of toilet paper the day before we were to leave so the unit needs to be stocked with more of that. Other than that it was a lovely time.

The condo was very spacious and made us all feel at home. We had an amazing time whale watching from the balcony. The papakea property is very clean and well kept by the complex. We would stay here again 10/10! The property owners were very communicative!
