Wonderfull location and beautiful property

Our stay at Jeanne's little grass shack was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The condo is even more gorgeous in person. We loved using the private lanai for our coffee in the mornings. The beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. We will be back!

This is a wonderful studio room. The owner seemed to have thought of everything we might need during our stay including beach chairs, umbrella, etc., including a welcome basket. It is located next to an adult only pool and spa. Parking is great and the room could not have been cleaner. Highly recommend this Little Grass Shack at Kaanapali Villas.

Wonderfully appointed villa with everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful Welcome basket stocked with local goodies. Host was very accommodating and providing us with local suggestions. Property was well maintained with friendly staff and great location on Kaanapali Beach. Already planning a return visit!

Married only 11 months, we thoroughly enjoyed honeymooning at this resort property. It had everything we needed and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in.

I’ve been to Maui Kaanapali Villas before and always had a good experience, but I have to say, this stay was the best of them. I love MKV for its great beach and quiet, low-key energy. The condo is beautiful, exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, and wonderfully accessible on the ground floor. On top of it, I have to give extra recognition to Jeanne for being such a fantastic host: her communication is great, and she clearly works hard to make sure her guests have a good experience. I have a disability, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my accessibility needs and questions were addressed, provided extra linens and towels, so I could make fewer trips to the laundry, and I can’t express how much that level of courtesy and consideration increases your comfort for a trip as a whole when you struggle with a disability. If you’re considering booking this listing, just know that you’ll be getting the best version of what you hope you’ll be getting, and I know, next time I come back to Maui, I won’t be searching for an alternative – I’ll be booking here straight away.

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you can think of, and the welcome basket from Jeanne was a lovely touch. Can't beat the location, Kaanapali Beach is walking distance. We can't wait to come visit again.

I just loved loved loved my stay here more than I can say! This condo is beautiful, clean, gracious, well located and quiet. The finishes are beautiful, there is everything you could ever need, even including good books and nail clippers! Not to mention the real orchids and treats!We were soooo happy and WE WILL BE BACK!!

What a fabulous unit! Jeanne was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean and in a great location. It has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Highly recommend! Mahalo and hope to come again soon!

Relaxing and property is always taken care of beautifully. Great location for relaxing, snorkeling and walks on the beach.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. We were so comfortable for our entire trip. The extras provided were perfect; The basket of local goodies, the beach bag with a zipper, small cooler in the wagon outside, Beach chairs, Extra toiletries that we forgot, and all the kitchen items we needed. Jeanne is a wonderfully responsive host! We will definitely be returning.

Couldn’t be happier

This condo is only steps to North Kaanapali beaches and has great snorkeling with fish and turtles, swimming, beach walks, and wonderful views of offshore islands. It’s heaven to stay here, and Jeanne is a delightful host, very friendly and accessible, and she gave us a gift basket of goodies and orchids all around, even a lei. You can swim in the pools, play shuffleboard, cook your own food or eat at Castaways restaurant. I started each day by walking the tranquil beach at dawn, and spent more days on the beach. Enjoyed our stay and the Aloha touches throughout! The beach items were nice to use. Easy check in and check out provided.

Once again we loved staying at this unit. We always enjoy walking in the door and seeing all the personal touches the owner makes: from the welcome basket, fresh lei on the bed and chocolates on the pillows. The unit is spotless and location is great. We cannot wait until next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Jeanne was amazing and made our stay extra special! The Villa was very comfy and relaxing and the location was great! We will definitely come back and stay here again :)

Pictures don't do this awesome studio justice! The space was perfect for the two of us. A very comfy king bed, ample size dining room, large bathroom with separate tub/shower. Loved the location - steps away from the smaller pool and very close to the larger one. Hot tubs at both were amazing. Beach is steps away from the larger pool and sunset was gorgeous with chaise loungers on the grace right by the sand beach. Jeanne was awesome! The special touches in the unit were too numerous to mention! We loved it and will be back!
