Spend your well-earned vacation in our luxurious ocean view Kona Vacation House located in the hills above Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. This private half-acre home-site is just minutes away from beaches & restaurants. This incredibly appointed home is the ultimate get-away whether you want to relax or have fun.

Outdoors, you can swim all day in the infinity edge pool or relax on the in pool sunning deck. Spend a quiet moment watching the koi in our 3,000-gallon pond. Relax on the large hammock while enjoying the magnificent sunset. You can even wash off the day's activities in the refreshing outdoor shower.

Indoors, guests are treated to 3200 square feet of luxury all on one level. Enjoy the ocean view from any of the three large master suites. They are appointed with king sized beds, LCD TVs and private bathrooms. Each master bath boasts floor-to-ceiling travertine, granite and walk-in showers made for two. The main master bath includes its own 42-inch LCD TV above the Jacuzzi tub. A bonus room is set up for kids or can be easily converted for a couple. In the living room, enjoy the spectacular coastal view from the amazing corner pocketing doors or watch a DVD on the 70-inch LCD TV from our extensive library. Guests can enjoy a competitive game of shuffleboard on our 12ft table or play one of the many board games available. Cooks won't want to leave the fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting high-end Thermador appliances, mahogany cabinetry and granite countertops. Of course, high-speed wi-fi and cable TV are included.

DETAILS OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS:

This spectacular home sits on a private half-acre lot surrounded by luscious tropical landscaping and palm trees and overlooks a stunning panoramic ocean view. This gated home boasts 3200 square feet of luxury all on a single level. The lanai tiki torches are only ornamental .

Primary Suite 1 (Main Primary Suite) – This is our largest and most lavish. It includes a large walk-in closet, large king bed with comfy bedding and pillows, dresser, 50-inch LCD TV, DVD player and seating area. The large 16ft-pocketing door opens to the pool and boasts the best ocean view from any of the bedrooms. The luxurious private bathroom is appointed with floor to ceiling travertine, granite, two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, LCD TV, large walk-in shower with two shower heads and body jets. A door from the bathroom leads directly to the tropical outdoor shower.

Primary Suite 2 – Located at the other end of the house, this bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed, large closet, LCD TV, large sliding glass door, access to the large hammock and ocean view. The private bathroom is appointed with floor to ceiling travertine, granite and a walk-in shower large enough for two!

Primary Suite 3 – Located next to Primary Suite 2, however, it has its own private entrance from the courtyard. Enjoy the view from the large sliding glass door, sleep in the comfy king sized bed or watch TV. Personal belongings can be stored away from view in the large walk-in closet. You will appreciate your own private bathroom with floor to ceiling travertine shower and granite countertop. Due to the location of this bedroom, it is unsuitable for children.

Bonus Room – We converted the media room for additional sleeping to accommodate a California-king bed. There is no TV.

Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.
Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
