The unit is in need of an update.
The location is amazing. Easy walking distance to local shops and restraunts, and has beach access with amazing views. The only real downside to this property was the little things that add comfort.The only AC was a window unit in the living room that ran on a timer. The timer isnt as big of a deal but the bedroom suffers dramatically at night. Honestly if a small unit was added to the bedroom we never would have needed to run the unit in the living room, as the patio had screen doors to allow fresh sea air to blow directly in. The only real complaint I had due to the struggles of sleeping comfortably at night. The next thing which wasnt as big of a deal is the bathroom was smaller and made my wife and I's morning routine of getting ready a little congested. This was not as big of a concern for us, I only mention it for those expecting aomething different. This place does have a full kitchen that someon easily could kick meals rather than eat out, as food prices are fairly steep. Those that are ballin on a budget, I would recomend running to target before and load up on some groceries. Side note: The targets here are insanely nice compared to our local target. They get a 10/10. LolOverall our stay was amazing due to its location. Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to a ton of places including beaches. The sunset view on the public shoreling was amazing! Would recommend to anyone, just dont expect AC.
This location can't be beat! An easy walk to historic down, a quiet beach right next door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The place was clean with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the sound of crashing waves and birds. This was the perfect size for myself, my mother, and my ten year old daughter. We would love to return! Aloha!

This property was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset every night. The condo was clean, comfy, and had everything we could ask for. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to each day. This was one of the best stays I’ve had with VRBO.
The location was great. Some of the amenities listed were a little run down, like snorkeling gear, we just bought our own and left them.
Beautiful ocean view but set back far enough to be away from the noise of the pool and barbecue area. Sunsets from the pool deck, or in front of it were a nightly treat. We would stay here again.
Some remodeling done. The plug where the internet modem is plugged in has one outlet not working. Only one lamp worked in living room - socket issue. Tub and shower needs upgrading.
Overall a nice condo with a few things needing attention.
We have stayed at this resort many times. We love the location, pool and hot tub. Our room was not fancy but functional. Does need some upgrades. Until next time. Mahalo.
We booked this property because we wanted to be close to our friends. Generally, the property is pretty good. The proximity to the restaurants and shops is the best part of this property. The pool deck is good, the view from the deck is excellent. The actual room is not impressive nor clean. Who ever is cleaning should be fired, the room and all of its items are gross. No way to sugar coat this, there are just so many areas they need to be deep cleaned that are not being addressed. The cable tv does not work, the accessories provided are worn or broken. Just know you’re paying for location, not the room experience.
Loved the condo! Will Definity be back again! Had the adult kids, Wife and I back together in Kona, this condo had literally everything! Full pantry, laundry in room, great size bathroom, patio had tons of chairs and beach chairs and cooler. Loved this place and the owner was amazing
FANTASTIC view and sound of waves crashing and so close to downtown, perfect. Everything was in great condition and we were very comfortable the entire time.

I thought it was decorated cute, it was very comfy, felt spacious and the view- every day i could see the Beautiful ocean from big glass sliding doors, onto a balcony, with nice lounge chairs. I really appreciate the extras of the stay - the camping chairs and snorkeling gear. We loved our time here and were very happy with our choice, we'd stay here again, hopefully soon. It was a simple walk to town from the condo, and there were many restaurants to choose from, and the ABC store just 5 minutes walk, we were without a car for almost a week but with everything so close it worked out fine. It's a pretty walk to town, all ocean views. And the trolley went all around Kona, that is a nice FREE amenity.
I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back! Property is very clean, very peaceful and the view is to die for! Perfect location to shops and restaurants. All walking distance. 10/10 would recommend
