Great location. Wonderful spot to stay
Love this Condo, we stay here almost yearly. Location Location Location. Great place to stay even with Jeff.
My husband and I stayed a week in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is clean, well provisioned, and just as nice as it looks in the listing. The location is fabulous- on the waterfront, right in he midst of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Parking was easy- you have an assigned parking space. The only slight negative is that it gets a little noisy at night.
Built in the early 70’s, the complex has an older feel to it. That being said, it is well maintained and clean. Advantage of location is that everything is walkable. Disadvantage is that there are bars nearby which can stay loud until closing time. Front and back lanais both have ocean views(partial)
Don't hesitate to book this condo. Here are some highlights: -- Location -- walking distance to many restaurants, very convenient and short distance to grocery stores (KTA, Safeway, Wal-Mart). Easy access to main roads for exploring.-- Fully Stocked Condo -- has everything you can possibly need -- plenty of kitchen tools/equipment, beach toys, small cooler, lots of stuff we didn't even use!--- Beautiful views -- spent a lot of time on the lanai on the main floor -- morning coffee, dinners, evenings, etc. ---- Communications were outstanding -- great directions for getting to the condo, accessing the keys, etc. Easy checkout instructions. Great all around. -- Comfortable -- beds were comfy, showers had plenty of water pressure and plentiful hot water, neighbors were quiet. There is noise from outside the condo, but it quiets down in the evening. Nice to fall asleep to the sound of the surf. 3 separate A/C units and lots of fans. If we go back to Kona, we will book this unit again.
Location couldn't have been better - walking distance to everything! Igor was super helpful with everything we needed, and the condo was great for the four of us! Highly recommend!
The Kona Ali’i 710 Penthouse is our new home in Kona. We had excellent communication with Igor and Dawn about the unit and it was everything we had hoped for. The location is perfect, right in downtown Kona steps from all the restaurants and shops. The condo itself is beautiful, furnished with EVERYTHING one would need. We enjoyed the decks and use of the pool. We will be back
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely modernized, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. The property managment is excellent.
So to be fair we had the penthouse booked for 5 nights. Upon arrival looking at the area it wasn't what we imagined. It's an old condominium building. From the minute we pulled into parking lot to the walk to the elevator wasn't what we had thought. We walked into the place and the penthouse was nice and clean. The furniture was whicker with cushions on it. To be honest we decided to leave and book a resort on Kohala coast. Just didn't really feel safe because the area and place itself was sketchy at best. Just saying please check location and area place is in before booking.
Beautiful view from this Kona Condo. The inside was a bit dated but very clean and had all the supplies you would need for a wonderful stay in Kona. Beds were comfortable, but living room furniture could use some updating. Pick up a package of plastic wear when buying groceries.
Perfect location in Kona, walking distance to everything. The view of the ocean and town from the lanai (aka balcony/terrace) was much better than the pictures let on. We spent most of our time there, particularly in the mornings and evenings.
We really enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving 2023. The unit was clean and spacious. The main deck (off the living room) was our standard spot for any meals that we ate at the house, and it's located in a nice area to get to other restaurants or island activities. Great experience!
This is a FANTASTIC location! The condo is located in the heart of restaurants, galleries and bars. The view when you walk of the front of the building id AMAZING! Super clean condo with lots of convenience and amenities. It is also VERY secure!
Very nice and spacious condo. Beautiful view of the sunset from one of the balconies. Great location - in the heart of restaurants and shops along the coast. Owner was very quick to respond for questions or requests.
