Enjoy ocean views, sounds and sweet fresh air breeze from your bedroom, lanai, living room and kitchen. Hale Kona Kai offers unobstructed ocean views. Unit sleeps up to 3 people, using the comfortable, auto blowup, living room single air bed and soft added comfort cover. Fiber optic, high speed wifi and TV enables better conference calls and TV viewing. Flat screen TV's are in the living room (48” LCD) and bedroom (42" LCD)
Central A/C, 2 ceiling fans and 2 floor fans enable you to choose just the right combination for open air access and closed window use of A/C, to create just the right comfort temperature, day or night.
Small appliances include an iron and hair dryer.

AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026
In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced. The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed. The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time.

NO STAIRS option. Use the elevator to ease your luggage/shopping load. Washers and dryers (coin op) are located on every floor. Relax at the oceanfront pool with shaded deck chairs. Complex features a BBQ area.

This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. Snorkel gear not provided. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent or purchase your equipment so that you have the right fit.

Just a short distance to the Royal Kona Resort, Huggos. It is a small complex of oceanfront condos in town but just off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street away from traffic. Hale Kona Kai is close to Honl's white sand beach and near the Kona Farmers Market.
