The Kiahuna is a beautiful property and maintained meticulously. The condo is in a great location near the beach, and has a fabulous view. We hope to be able to return soon again!

This was the best vacation ever, made even more special by our stay at this beautiful condo right on the beach of poipu.
Excellent proximity to beaches and Sheraton hotel.
Easy walk to Poipu beach for snorkeling and turtles..close to Port Allen for boat trips.
We have been to Kauai 6 times, and this is our third stay at Kiahuna. All of the units are pretty much the same; we have stayed on the second floor units for the privacy and some views. This is by far the best. It has been updated with a very nice bathroom and kitchen.
As others have noted, there are no elevators, so you will be climbing 18 stairs each time you come back, with luggage or groceries. But the privacy and the view are worth it!
Our only complaint is parking. The parking area has 10 regular slots and 2 handicap slots. Per the map this 12-slot parking area serves 28 units. We were lucky and only had to park up the hill away from our unit a few times. If you have load of luggage or groceries it's easy to drop off and come back.
The sunsets from the beach and the beauty of the whole area would make up for about anything !
This condo worked perfectly for us during our recent one week stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The unit was comfortable for the two of us. The king size bed was firm and terrific.
We figured out how to setup the A/C (mini split) in the living room and two strategically placed fans to direct the cold air into the bedroom at night. It worked great.
The igloo cooler was super handy for outings, as were the umbrella and chairs.
The frig has a Brita filter so your drinking water will taste great.

Our stay was everything we expected. We have stayed at Kiahuna and all the properties are different. Many have no views if the ocean and are a decent walk away. This was front and center- unobstructed view of the water and the main lawn area with a second level view.
No surprises inside. I’m sure there are more modern and updated units but it was perfect for us with an adequate kitchen and some nice included amenities like outdoor chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. Hope we can stay here again!

We especially appreciated the beach chairs and such in the closet as well as all the hooks throughout! That is a detail often overlooked in rentals, but much needed! We plan to return and stay here again. The place itself was clean and comfortable, it had everything you need with access to beach. Karen was quick to respond.
Absolutely loved our stay! This condo is beautiful and had all the ammenties we needed! It's in a perfect location with an awesome view of the ocean and gets a wonderful breeze! We've stayed in Castle or Outrigger Plantation every year and this condo is a fave. 💞
The unit had beautiful ocean views and the location was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The larger property was very well maintained and had large grass lawns, BBQ's, and a beach hut, and never felt crowded. The only downsides were 2nd floor location with no elevators and no air-conditioning (however, the windows provided nice breezes during our stay). The owner Karen was very responsive.

We have been returning to Kauai for over twenty years and always stay at Kiahuna Plantation. I would say that this condominium was one of the best. The condo is beautifully located and being an end unit is very airy and bright. The kitchen was well supplied and the condo is very comfortable.
