Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Great place to watch the parrots come in for the evening for bedtime. Righ near Beach House restaurant and a hop from poopy beach. Just FYI may not be new to others. This not air conditioned. Ceiling fan in bedroom is nice. September was not uncomfortable. Washer dryer not in unit. Paid on site available. Matt the property manager/caretaker was kind and helpful.

It was on the third floor and a pleasant breeze blew through the rooms. No need for A/C. It was close to beaches, shopping, and eating options. It has all necessary living amenities (no dishwasher, but for only two people, none was needed).

As always the best location in the south shore and some of the best views. Ocean! Mountains! Prince Kuhio park! My only issuer was the floors. When I arrived it was Sandy and dirty. And having booked my trip for almost 11 nights Ud expect enough toilet paper. But these are minor things as the Island of Kauai make up for any inconvenience .

Clean; ocean view was great. Kitchen was stocked with tools for you to cook. The place needs more electrical outlets; there is hardly anywhere convenient plug anything in. There's only a tiny strip of sand that is within walking distance; the rest is rocky and not for swimming. In terms of location, walking to any destination is difficult; two-lane roads with few sidewalks and no street lamps; weird dead-ends blocked by the resorts. It's a central location on the southside, but you definitely need a car everywhere you go. They have a laundry room on the ground floor. Communication was good. One tip: don't park under a tree; the parrots swarm at dusk and will destroy your car with their offerings!
The location was great. View was amazing. Only critique was the floor needed a good wipe. But being so close to the beach, it's too be expected.
We have stayed in Poipu before, but this is by far the best place. We loved falling asleep at night listening to the crashing waves and wind through the palm leaves. We were able to sleep with all of the windows open at night. The view is amazing. And the sunrises! I couldn't tell where the Earth ended, and Heaven began. We do wish the balcony was a bit larger, but no complaints. We could get 2 chairs out there, it's just a bit tight. The grounds are beautiful, and so well maintained. The beach chairs and cooler are a bit "used". But overall, the amenities were useful. We found out by day 4 that there is parking in the garage. So much easier to get in and out of. And shaded for a cooler car. Look out by the dumpster. Also, a garden hose for washing the "red dirt" off the car. We appreciated that! The owner was very responsive, and the communication was very good. No problems. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect for 2!
Beautiful property, wish room had AC, no hot tub, disappointed pool closed at dusk. Overall very clean and comfortable room.

Super great spot. Really loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. Right across the street from incredible snorkeling and iconic surf break. Perfect for me and my partner's trip.
I love this property as this was my 3rd time. The location is stellar. The views are breathtaking and the comfort of the bed is relaxing. I would only recommend baggies, spices and condiments and a wine stopper in the kitchen as it is basically stocked.

Loved our stay. So nice to be able to walk to the beach and have a quick drive to any convince stores and restaurants. The beach across the street in our opinion has the best sunset on the whole island. The wall right outside The beach house restaurant is the perfect stop. We grabbed dinner and went and sat there 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Our only complaint was there is no AC in this unit which is fine at night when windows are open but it is a very active condo so people are always walking past the windows making it hard to have them open as when they are open you can see inside the unit. Lots of activity happening so it was pretty loud falling asleep which I think could be fixed with an extra fan. We may have had a not so normal experience but parking lot was closed one night and cops were clearing out a unit below us around 9? Super loud but I can’t imagine that happens every week. There were also some kids shooting an air rifle at birds at 11pm at night which was super loud but again I can’t imagine that is normal for this area?
The view at this place was amazing. Waking up to the birds and ocean was so amazing. Would recommend to any couple that is looking for an inexpensive place on the island. The price was right for this condo. They provided beach towels and chairs which was also so nice to not have to spend money on!

This condo has a beautiful view for an affordable price near the ocean for a couple! It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay.
This was our first time visiting Kauai, we had no idea how humid it would get during the day unlike Oahu & Maui. This condo does not have air conditioning, but it was manageable! It's very common to not have air conditioning in Hawaii. We loved sleeping with the patio doors open at night hearing the ocean waves crashing in & chickens!
It has a great kitchen if you're looking to cook while staying. If you're looking not to cook, The Beach House is across the street from the condo. (Be sure to make reservation in-advance. )
We also loved the private quiet pool. As well as the laundry facility. The condo includes a laundry basket. It was clean and it was nice to be able to do laundry while you're away from home for 10+ days.
We would defiantly stay at this condo again on the south side of Kauai!
Overall a nice place to stay in Poipu. Would have been nice to have AC but we survived without. Close to Beach House restaurant and shops. Nice sunset view close by. Also the lock box was kind of a pain to figure out at first especially arriving at night. Ours had a broken key inside.

The rental was wonderfully spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind. The living room was cozy, and while we didn’t cook at all, the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing quick meals. It was such a welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep!

Everything matched the photos and the area was in a perfectly quaint area that was easy to get to points of interest in and around Poipu. If I were to stay again, I would have liked to have A/C (I have trouble sleeping) but would not hesitate to book this place again. Mahalo!
Property located near many of our favorite places. Kukui’ula Market was within walking distance and sold many healthy food options. We had peaceful evenings with wonderful views from our living room.
Enjoyed three wonderful nights in this condo after a week in Princeville. Condo is small but efficient and clean which was perfect for our needs. Served as base of operations for adventures on south side of Kauai. Bed was comfortable. Adequate storage for two persons. Left sliding glass door to lanai and windows at front open at night for cooling breeze (no ac). Area is a little busy, but we only spent nights in unit, spent days exploring nearby areas. Made for great access to Waimea canyon, Hanalei, Botanical Gardens, and Lihue.
