Awesome place to stay in Kauai. If we ever have a chance to go back, we'll spend our entire trip at Pali Ke Kua.
Everything was fabulous. The view is unparalleled, one of the best on the island. We loved the private beach. This home could use a bit of an update, maybe a new bed and some detail work. Honestly, we enjoyed the ease of cooking for ourselves every night and the sunsets.
The view alone warrants 5 stars. You'll love sitting on the patio taking it in or moving your chairs out into the grass to see even more of the scenery. The condo complex has a great pool and even a private beach with good snorkeling. The inside of the condo is simple, but just what we needed for the two of us. Note that the wifi is not the best, so keep that in mind if you plan on needing reliable and fast internet. Additionally, we did find a couple of bugs inside which is fairly normal for a beach condo but also something the owners could look into (the screen doors had gaps in them which could contribute to this). Otherwise, fantastic!
Our unit was close to a private paved path down to the ocean, very steep but resembled a botanical garden. Location was close to the 1 hotel where we could dine and enjoy the views there.

We loved the location of the condo, overlooking the bay and such a beautiful view. Everything about the condo was as described and very comfortable. Easy access to Hanalei and Kapaa. It was very clean and all the amenities that we needed.

I am a first-time VRBO user. Every single expectation of mine was met - to world class standards. The property itself was not only immaculate, but also exceedingly well thought out for every single item included in the condo. We cook and bake; this particular condo included absolutely everything we ever wanted. The grounds were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were better than at any hotel for safety and cleanliness. This particular condo in the Pali Ke Kua property is one that I can recommend without any reservations. World class experience. Felt like a home away from home.

This was a great condo on a great property! Nice kitchen amenities.
Location was great! Short drive to Hanalei Bay! Spectacular sunsets across the bay! Nice kitchen and dinette areas. Could use an upgrade to closet doors and screens to the patio. TV was very small. Just a couple of tweaks and good to go! We would stay again.
The property grounds were very well manicured. The pool area was gorgeous. The check-in lobby area was also absolutely gorgeous. The only negative was there not being a restaurant on-site or in the immediate area. The food trucks on site were crazy spendy for the small portions ($15 for two snack size tacos). We cooked many of our meals using the kitchen, which had everything we needed.

The condo was in a very nice area and was nicely appointed. The view of the sunset every evening was amazing and there was a fantastic breeze coming in from the ocean. There is also a beach right below the condo with a walkway down to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our view was amazing. We were able to watch the sunset from our lanai every evening. You can also walk to Hideaway Beach from the property. Great pizza place right on the property as well. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Had everything by we needed and the breezes coming in from the ocean were wonderful!
The condo is as advertised and was close enough to everything yet far enough away that we had privacy.
We would have given all categories a five star rating but the check in process feels archaic and old. To have to stop at the office to pick up the keys and to have to drop them off is a bit inconvenient when you are traveling from out of town. It added a layer of stress that isn’t necessary if the condo has a key box or code to enter.
We stayed for a litttle over week, and our conco was great! Great kitchen, beautiful ocean view, central location.

We had a fabulous vacation at this Pali Ke Kua condo. We have stayed in various PKK units in the past. This one was super clean with good amenities, and a fantastic view of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay area. We also found Kauai Vacation Rentals to be super to work with. We left a wallet in the unit, and the housekeeper got it to the office, who had it FedEx shipped to us. Terrific service. We plan to return as soon as we can!
