Fabulous stay! We had a great time here. The ocean front view can’t be beat. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were all comfortable. It was even better than the pictures. Communication with owner was always prompt. Highly recommend
Had a great stay here with another family, 4 adults and 4 teens. The ocean views here are spectacular. House was very clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and available use of beach equipment. We had a family game night with the available games. We didn't turn on any of the TV's the time we were there. Good location close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Would stay again!
The view is like a postcard. We had a great time at the house. It was clean and well stocked. We spent a lot of time at magic sand beach, enjoying the awesome waves and the magic sand grille, which was delicious. We alsowent snorkeling several times at kehalu’u beach park and saw an octopus which was a first for me. Spent a lot of time in Kona eating (Kona Papa restaurant was great) and shopping. Enjoyed the board games and pool.
Great setup for our family with six adults and two grandkids. Loved our family time on the lanai enjoying meals and the sunset. Granddaughters were in the pool every day! Great snorkel spot within walking distance. House was well stocked. Hope we can do it again!
Amazing house!! Right on the coast, surf sounds all through the rooms! Pool, lanai, 2 kitchens, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. House was clean, owner was very responsive, sunsets were gorgeous! We want to come back!!! Mahalo!!

Beautiful home conveniently situated in the Kailua-Kona area on the big island of Hawaii. Sits directly on the ocean front with stunning views and sunsets. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Had a blast!
Well Kept, clean and had plenty of household items as well as beach chairs, coolers, boogy boards all the things you would need! We were also able to watch whales occasionally from the Lanai. Property manager was very pleasant as were the owners. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Watching and listening to the waves pound into the lava rock beside the house is mesmerizing. Also plenty of room (both inside and outside) for our three couples to spread out. The upper deck is perfect for watching glorious sunsets, and we even saw a few whales. The lower deck is great for dayside fun, though the oceanside pool is only waist deep. Kitchen is large and well stocked. We ate in most nights. There’s also a gas grill available on the upper deck. The parking was a bit tricky on the first day, especially with 2 cars. Only one car fits inside the gate, so a second car needs to pull past the gate and park street-side.
8 of us came to enjoy this beautiful home.Everyone loved falling asleep to the waves.Plenty of space to be together or find your own spotby tge pool to soak up the Kona sun. Great stay!
The house is beautiful and as described in the listing. It was perfectly sized for 7: 2 couples and 3 adult/teen kids. Kitchen was great, and we did eat in for most meals. The location is amazing! Right on the ocean, you can walk around on the rocks at low tide. The pool is shallow and great for hanging out. Very relaxing to watch the ocean from the upstairs lanai, or watch the surfers down the way. About 3 houses south there is a small, overgrown access to a little beach with sand and very walkable rocks. A little further south but still walkable is great snorkeling! We had so much fun in and around the house we had to force ourselves to make time to go out and play tourist! We had a great time and hated to leave!!
The house has incredible views!!! The wading pool is definitely a bonus. Was able to see dolphins, whales, eels and even a ray. Family and I had a great time here. Thanks for sharing your home!
Got there and , Yes there was a place to park one car, but should have told us room for maybe small or midsize car, cause there is already car there and small space. We had a large car and it was very scary to get in behind gate and not hit other car.
Pool was dirty and owner said that the pool was scheduled to be cleaned on Tuesday. We arrived on Saturday so we had three days without swimming. Dead rat in pool.Called Cory and she never apologized but sent someone out to get rat and clean the next day.Why not clean while he was there.Pool was nice after cleaning but no hand rail to go in by the steps. Potential for a bad fall. I don't really feel that this stay was worth the price we paid. We would not stay there again or recommend it.
This was a fabulous oceanfront property with two master bedrooms and an amazing lanai where we were able to eat breakfast and dinner. The pool facing the ocean was a bonus! The kitchen is very well equipped for those who love to cook. There were many pool, toys, sand, chairs, boogie boards, and a small cooler.
Plenty of space. Great mattresses. Well stocked kitchen. Best views.

Absolutely gorgeous location right on the ocean, convenient to everywhere. The property was stocked with things for the kids to entertain themselves, floaties for the pool, table tennis. We BBQed almost every night and watched the sunset
The house views and location are great. We enjoyed walking to snorkeling (some of the best snorkeling on the island) and having our coffee on the lanai. Sunsets are beautiful too! The pool was fun and the size of the home was great for 7 adults. Appreciated that some condiments and spices were already there too. Thank you for sharing the beautiful property! Home was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. Could not have been more perfect. Home was well furnished and clean. Kitchen was stocked with plenty for all your cooking needs. Pool was an added bonus,
we spent the late afternoons swimming watching the sunset. We overall really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back for another future visit to the Island of Hawaii.
This was our 3rd stay this house. It has everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. The contact person in Kona solved any issues that came up promptly. The house is comfortable and big enough to spread out in. The pool was clean with lots of toys. The only thing that dampened things (which had nothing to do with the house) was the $15.00/hr parking rates in downtown Kona! This is something new any many shops have gone out business because people won’t pay that much to park. We only did it once during our 2 wk stay. We would go back to this house in a heartbeat.
We had an awesome stay at this fantastic home! The home is very large and had plenty of room for 6 adults. The house was clean and very roomy. Most of our time was spent on the two lanai’s with the most outstanding views and the sound of the waves directly below. The house provided everything we needed, kitchen supplies, pool supplies, beach gear and even pool toys! The location is great, walkable to two nearby beaches and just a few minutes south of Kona town. We will definitely be back!!
Amazing house, plan to return in the future. We spent a week here with three other couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Every morning spent watching the surfers and whales pass by our lanai and in the evening watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything you need is at your dispense, boogie board/surfboard, coolers. Awesome house and location.
