H305 was as described. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice view. As noted in instructions, there are a few supplies to get you started, but a market across street for anything you need. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils etc. and we cooked in a few times during our week stay. I do wish balcony was just a little bigger, but we made the most of it. After driving and walking around other resorts, this was hands down the best. Our highlight more than anything we did was getting up early each morning and watching the sunrise, absolutely fantastic and worth the stay on the east shore. The best restaurant in the area it turned out was the one at this resort. We had wonderful meals there, excellent service and oceanfront seating. Highly recommend this location if staying on Kauai. The only small issue was internet was down when we got there, but followed instructions to call the service number and they fixed it right away.
The condo is amazing, great kitchen with Wolf appliances. Well furnished with a great view. Very modern. A great place to unwind and relax.
Beautiful warm place. Awesome view from the lanai. Check-in, communication and check out all was easy. All kitchen necessities and All house amenities are there. Pool and beach convenience. Would like some beach toys for the families with the kids. Although bodyboards are provided.
Check-in was smooth, and Candace was incredibly hospitable and responsive throughout our stay. The condo was perfect for a family with young kids — it came stocked with thoughtful extras like body boards, a cooler, and comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and exactly as described.We especially appreciated how spacious the condo was. Our daughters have special needs, and the open layout gave them room to move around comfortably. The furniture felt safe and sturdy — we didn’t have to constantly stress about them getting hurt or accidentally breaking something. For once, we actually felt relaxed! Of course, we’re always keeping an eye on our kids (what parent isn’t?), but it was so nice to have a space where we could breathe a little easier and enjoy the moment — even if just for a second. (Let’s be honest, it’s never 100% relaxing with kids — but this came close!)The pool area was another highlight. Our daughters loved the water slide — it was a huge hit. We also really appreciated that the pool had little pockets of slower, quieter areas where we could take a break from the excitement. These calm zones were perfect for our sensory-driven girls and allowed all of us to enjoy the water in a way that felt fun and manageable.The location was also a huge plus — just steps from the pool and beach, and centrally located on Kauai. This condo is perfectly located to visit the entire island. We made road trips to Princeville and Poipu. There are lots of little neighborhood restauraunts nearby, nothing fancy, but good food. The condo was lovely with everything we needed, like beach equipment, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of fluffy towels. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony. One suggestion: it would have been great to have a small stool or bench in the shower. Shaving my legs was challenging! Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian home with us!

We had such an amazing time in this condo for our honeymoon! It was super clean when we first arrived and they provide you with all the necessities you need for the beach as well! I would definitely stay here again!
Accommodations were clean and nice, easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area. The area is very busy with traffic.

The rental unit was really clean and comfortable. It was a very elegant unit! It was roomie and had all the amenities that were necessary. The property was excellent and the pools and grounds were first rate. The location on the beach was also a great asset. This was one of the best properties we’ve stayed on in the islands. Having the grocery store across the street was an asset as well.
My mom and I had a really great experience overall. I would bring my family back to stay here when we visit Kauai again!
This is a great condo in a wonderful resort. The kids loved the pool and the waterslides and the Oasis restaurant on the property is superb. The pictures made it look like it was facing the ocean, which it’s not, but there is an ocean view and the beach is a two minute walk from condo to feet in the sand. Great location, close to many restaurants, shops and local coffee. The place is very clean and well maintained. We’d come back again!
We loved this place so much. We could not have asked for a better situation for our family since we could go out in the morning or afternoon and do an activity or sightseeing and then my 4-year old could spend the rest of the time in the amazing pool! The room was spotless, the kitchen was better than my kitchen at home (even had plenty of plastic containers for leftover fruit and food which is rare in rentals and a huge bonus for me). We took the cooler and beach chairs with us on many excursions and it made our stay fantastic. Check in/out was as easy as possible. Highly recommend staying here!
This was not your average cheaply built property. Cabinetry and doors were solid. Appliances were high quality. Bed was comfortable and the condo was spotless. Sitting on the balcony and listening to/watching the waves was comforting.

Was unimpressed with 7:30 AM wake up call, and knock on the door at 9:30 AM asking how soon we would be vacating on day of departure.
Would recommend the property. Great location, very comfortable. Wish Oasis was open for lunch. Had excellent dinner there. The check in process was flawless. Would definitely stay there again!!
Communication was great via the Hospitality app. Condo was clean and everything well taken care of. It's convenient to airport and shopping. You can walk to Safeway! Loved the slide at the pool. Bed was comfortable and it was easy to sleep because not noisy. Our only complaint was we wished it had more storage. We had to store our suitcases and golf club travel bags between the couch and the bar. Other than that, it was great.
My wife and I spent New Years & my Birthday here. Everything was amazing! The condo was perfect, fully stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable unit. The host and staff were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!
