The condo was the perfect, quiet, safe place for our time on the Big Island. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony. The condo has everything you might need and is extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
A delightful stay! Truly a Gem! Location fantastic! The condo is decorated with very tastefully , a level above the normal rental. We would come back in a minute and highly recommend to it. So very well done in a beautiful setting. We would love to come back!!!!
Of the 4 other places we've stayed on the island - this was the best. Good time of year for us - low season-, not too many people. i would come again here. We were at this complex in 1989, great renovation.
We enjoyed our stay so very much. Kim and Susie were great hosts. If you want someplace where you can relax - this is the place. It is a great location - you can walk to the grocery store and many restaurants and the bay is right there - just walk down the hill. The view is awesome. We can't wait to come back.
Overall great stay. Great views. Well equipped kitchen. Parking spot right in front of unit. Although the place had 2 AC units (1 in bedroom, 1 in living room) the place was pretty warm. We had the temperature set to 75 but

This was a really clean spotless One bedroom condo. The location was close to Keahou Shopping Center, so convenient. The unit has been renovated and well stocked. Every detail has been looked after. Clean, quaint and quiet. A wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

Very nice unit, as pictured and described. The host was very helpful with information and responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay as well as the broader Kona area.
My wife and I enjoyed a week stay in November. The home is very clean and spacious with bedroom on the bottom floor. Top floor spacious living area with a fabulous large patio with ocean views over the lush green canopy of trees. Pool area very nice and also very quiet. 2-3 beaches nearby with magic sands being are favourite which is a nice 35 min walk or short drive. Grocery store is a 10 min walk and Kona restaurants a 15 min drive. Susie was very responsive and we will be back again next year.
Very wonderfull home to rent, fully equiped (cookware, washing machine & dryer, AC in the living room and the bedroom, wonderfull view and really clean. The place is very safe and very very quiet. I’ll be back !! (To have a Car is necessary)
