Located perfectly in the middle of north and south coasts. Also has walking distance to shopping restaurants and beachfront bars. Definitely will be staying here again!!
I have a detailed account of my stay with pictures I would like to submit
First: I am typically not very critical on my reviews but this one is worth providing enough detail to warn others. We use VRBO all over the world however this is our first trip to Kauai. We don’t eat out much so we really do use VRBO as a home with all the typical amenities. Check in information was late causing my wife some anxiety. Best part is its location. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Central so it is easier to sightsee to the north, west, or the south. Great pool.Disappointments:Internet not working; ended up using another unit’s internet. No toilet paper, paper towels upon arrival from the airport. Very limited and old cookware and silverware. No dishwasher detergent. Could not cook anything in the oven. Pans lopsided. Everything in the unit was from the 80’s. Ice maker didn’t work. Property manager never returned calls. Expected washer and dryer in unit not a shared coin operated laundromat. After talking with others and completing additional searching on VRBO there are other units in the same complex the same size or larger that have been upgraded and have the amenities I would expect and that cost quite a bit less. It’s all based on booking earlier than we did. I would definitely return to this complex but book another unit that is more appealing and complete. Note to owner: Time to upgrade so it doesn’t feel like you are staying in a Motel 6 on the island, sell it so someone else can upgrade it, or set the price equal to the value. Mahalo
The location of this place can’t be beat.
Spent a week here with my husband and had a decently pleasant stay. Our property manager was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our bath towels were dirty but we found an extra set in the dresser so it was fine. There was a pest control fumigation while we were there which was concerning. Overall, the apartment was dated but spacious and had all of the necessities. Balcony view was gorgeous. We didn’t spend much time on the complex other than for sleeping and cooking breakfast. The kitchen is old and appliances/utensils are subpar but it got the job done for cooking eggs and bacon for breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to drive and explore the entire island — about 45 mins to Princeville or Poipu, and also lots to do and see in Kapa’a. It’s certainly not a luxurious place and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who was looking for that kind of experience. The ad says that they know a captain who can take you fishing – my husband loves to fish and was disappointed when our property manager didn’t know anyone and asked us to google excursions ourselves. While it’s easy enough to access this information on your own, it should be taken down from the ad as it is misleading. On our last day, housekeeping came by 3 times and tried to open our door well before checkout (the last time successfully while I was in the restroom). We found this hugely inappropriate and I don’t think we would stay here again because of this.
Nice condo with new carpets and good view from the lania. Plenty of lawn chairs for sitting by the ocean and enjoying the view, Coconut marketplace is an easy walk for food and shopping.
Property was beautiful, and the tropical atmosphere was excellently maintained. Beach was great as well as swimming pool. Condo provided a great view of the ocean. Very friendly atmosphere.
The location of the unit was perfect for us with a view that was actually better than the picture. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

It really was terrific. Great location close to grocery, restaurants, popular sights and of course, the airport. The two times we had to call Bernadette (property manager), she picked up after the first ring. Super helpful and friendly! Unit was well laid out, casual and comfortable. Have already recommended to my sister and brother-in-law who’re planning their first trip to the islands.
Great stay with our family of 3. I didn't see many reviews mention the amazing view ahead of our stay, so I was a little worried it would be a peek-a-boo ocean view, but it truly is a full ocean view. You would definitely pay a premium at a hotel for a view like this. The grounds are gorgeous and it's a very convenient location close to many walkable restaurants. The only minor drawback was the walls were thin so you hear the neighbors above stomping around if they're not considerate. Earplugs would have fixed the issue at night but I preferred dealing with it so we could also listen to the ocean.
We had a good stay for a week at this near beach side unit. The place was as described on the vrbo listing. The view of the beach and condo grounds from the lanai was very nice. The place was clean. An old review mentioned a problem with a ceiling fan, but that has been replaced. The two ceiling fans (bedroom & living area) worked well. Additionally there are two standing fans, but we never needed to use them. Temperature of the unit could be kept comfortable by using the ceiling fans and cross ventilation between bedroom windows & living area sliding screen door.
We used the BBQs by the pool to grill fish (Opah) one night. They worked fine.
There is a lively beach side bar / restaurant (Lava Lava Ciub) about 5 min walk from the unit and a brewpub (Napali) about a 10 min walk away. The nearby Coconut Marketplace has a farmer's market on Tue & Thur mornings in addition to its shops.
The unit has snorkeling gear for two, beach chairs, and a medium size ice chest for day excursions.
The Lae Nani beach is good for surfing & boogie boarding. But there is no snorkeling there and it can often be too rough for any real swimming. It's ok for a quick dip close to shore. There is a kiddie "pool" section of the ocean screened off by lava rock that is very safe for the little ones.
There are nearby (by car) places for viewing waterfalls and hiking.
Grounds were well kept. Ocean view was amazing. Next to Coconut Market which had restaurants, shops and an ABC store. Try Chicken in a Barrel, great BBQ. My husband was concerned about no A/C in unit, but leaving the windows and sliding glass door open to get a breeze worked and was amazed how quiet it was with windows open. The only problem we had was the codes had changed, but we contacted Bernadette and she was very helpful
Wayne was so so awesome and patient with us. The property is in such a beautiful area and the rental itself was so clean and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again.
This property was perfect for my 9 year old son and my stay. It was centrally located, beautiful view, and we enjoyed the amenities:pool, tennis court, and beautiful grounds. It was nice to be able to walk to shops, the farmers market, and restaurants. Thank you!
This is one of the best properties on the island. The facility is great, good security, the grounds are well kept, there is a laundry, and wonderful pool. You can walk out of your condo and down to a nice swim spot in the ocean. The breeze comes into the room, and at night you can view the ocean and sky colors. The condo is clean, and the kitchen has what you need to cook meals. There is a half bath and full bath, a good set of beach towels, and several other items such as a cooler to make your day trips easy. The location allows you to travel to the North Shore in 45 mins, and the west side in under an hour. There are near by beaches, and a variety of snorkeling shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The nearby river marina has kayaking, etc. opportunities. I love this condo and the owner, manager, and staff are easy to contact and are very helpful! It is easy to enjoy Kauai staying here!
Gorgeous location, beautiful complex! This is a large one bedroom condo with ocean views. It comes with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, two bathrooms. The unit is very dated but has everything you need. Unfortunately for us, We could not access the property at first because there was no way to reach the owner. Neither could VRBO. He had sent an email weeks before with the info that I didn't receive. Luckily for us we were able to get a hold of the housecleaner from security and she gave us the code to get in. Otherwise we would've had to stay somewhere else. We were able to reach the owner of the next day, he's on the East Coast so there is a big time difference. So please make sure you have all the information you need many days before and if not start the contact process then. Otherwise a perfect stay on the most beautiful island in the US.
We enjoyed our stay overall, and would come back again. The unit looks like a some updates have been done, carpet and tile. The lanai is in need of attention, it detracts from the beautiful view.
Toaster was missing and the coffee pot should be replaced, the lights on the buttons don’t work, so you’re never quite sure it’s working, until you hear it.
Wifi quit working the last two days, we couldn’t get it restarted.
All in all, we had a good time.

We had the nicest trip. Wayne the owner was very communicative with us as was the property manager Bernadette. The condo was clean and well stocked. The garden on the property is stunning. It was just right and it is very conveniently located next to restaurant and shopping options. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
