Ocean view, close enough to hear the powerful ocean wherever you are in condo. Clean place. Nice to have washing machine and dryer and the soap needed for that.Comfortable beds. If we wanted to we could have used all we would need to go to the beach - beach chairs, towels, ice chest.
Great location for going to Hanalei or Anini Beach! The condo has beautiful oceanfront views. The beach supplies were great and covered everything we needed (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). Kitchen was also well stocked making it easy to cook when we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. I would totally stay again.
Beautiful view. Everything you could want for beach fun is provided including a wide variety of snorkel gear. Lots of fans in every room to help you stay cool. It was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

WOW, that best summarizes this beautiful condo. The veiws were unreal and compared to those on the images you see posted online of the Napali coast. The location was ideal. We woke up and hiked down to Turtle cove several times, it was our favorite snorkel spot. It was easy to get to all the beaches on the north shore. The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The beds were comfortable. My son slept on the pullout couch and it was very comfortable as well. All linens and towels were clean and like new. The hosts left us a speacial welcome package that was so thoughtful. The condo had all the beach gear a family could need. The kitchen was well stocked. This place is a gem and we cant wait to visit again. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!
This is my third time in two years visiting Kauai…all three times I’ve stayed in this condo. That’s the only place I will stay. It’s absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The balcony is absolutely EPIC. You will not regret staying in this condo!
First, the owner was a great communicator. Second, this place had it all. Both bedrooms had beautiful ocean views, the location is stellar, and the amenities around the condo are excellent. From beach chairs to snorkel gear, coolers, condiments, and umbrellas. We spent hours out on the lanai in the big lifeguard chairs watching both the sunrise and the sunset. My wife and I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!

Alii Kai is a beautiful complex and ‘Edge of Cliff’ is the best location on the property. Closest to the water and perched right over ‘Turtle cave’. Sitting in the elevated chairs on the back deck you have unobstructed views of the ocean with whales, dolphin, and lots of turtles right below you. Very clean and well decorated, this unit was perfect for our family vacation. A very nice pool is a short walk away. Taking a walk around the grounds in the morning was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was always available and very helpful. The sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing. Hated to leave and would certainly love to come back. If you’re looking for the best, this is it !
Amazing accommodations. Host communicated regularly. Every need was met. The view is probably the best on the island.
5 stars for location, amenities , and the view . 3 stars for the cleanliness. Unit is old and outdated. Couches are stained and very old. Top of refrigerator had a thick layer of black dirt. Bed linens were threadbare and the mattress pad was stained . Dirty stuffed animals and nicknacks fill the unit. Windows need cleaned and repaired. The screens are damaged allowing insects in the unit. The amenities are very nice , everything you need in the condo for a beach vacation (beach towels , beach buggy , snorkeling gear, even coolers!). This rental has been getting by with its 5 star location for years I’m guessing . I just expect a clean stay, the online pics don’t reflect the current state of the unit.

The property was awesome. Just as advertised. The views are hard to beat at the property. We loved the quaintness of Princeville and the neighborhood, and it is a fantastic location to have as a home base, especially for exploring the north side of the island. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome views. Whale watching from the balcony. The surf was up and we were able to watch surfers were catching giant waves using jet skis from the balcony. Bring binoculars. Bill was great. He was very responsive and had spot on suggestions. The condo was well equipped including everything you need for the beach.
This condo might be the best on the island!! It overlooks the north shore and whales play and jump right out your window. The structure of the condo keeps the balconies from being side by side for privacy. It’s extremely clean, well decorated and extraordinarily accessorized. Located near all the north beaches.
William's condo was a great place, right next to the cliff above the ocean in the manicured town of Princeville. The kitchen was easy to use and clean to cook that Costco food - the bedrooms were clean and decorative, the fans/cooler nicely controlled the temperature, and the activities around the north side of Kauai were incredible. Other than all the beauty, privacy, and ocean views, what really distinguished this rental from other was William's accessibility and friendliness. He shared recommendations and even advised us on places in the south (where we went after we left). William and his house enhanced our amazing trip and we'd recommend it to any family looking for a home away from home.

I don’t think a few words will sum up our stay at Bill’s spectacular oceanfront condo. You will want for nothing while you stay here. The location is 5-10 minutes away from everything in Princeville and Hanalei bay. It was truly the perfect place for our stay. The waves were mesmerizing to watch and fall asleep to. Thank you for everything Bill. We will back next year around the same time.

My son and I stayed in Bill‘s condo last summer and had such a fantastic time, we decided to come back with the rest of the family this year! Most people who have been to Kauai before would agree that Princeville/Hanalei is really the place to be on the garden island! Just unparalleled beauty and super chill. BUT, I am not exaggerating when I say that the views from this unit are the absolute best in Princeville! Unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean, and just falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves breaking just below you. Honestly, it is my favorite place in this world, and I’ve traveled quite a bit.

The views are truly spectacular! Ocean front from every room. Turtle Cove is right in front of the rental (we recommend a dry bag as you do need to jump into the water to get to it). Everything you can imagine is provided. Beds are comfortable. Bill went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and special. Thank you, Bill!

Beautiful area in Princeville on the ocean. Great views. The condo was clean and well kept. Very well equipped for cooking. We had an issue with the door not locking and this was resolved on the third day.
Very well organized, clean and well supplied. One suggestion-a bit too many art objects. We had difficulty finding places for our things.
I cant say thank you enough for allowing us to rent your place. Your place is beautiful, the views were beautiful. My mother in-law was in tears sitting on the balcony on the first day. Your place provided a lifetime memory and i thank you very much for that. Everything was perfect!
