This is the ideal spot! Close to everything! Out of hustle and bustle! Fabulous view of surfers every morning! Beautiful sunsets great pool! Only place to stay on the big island!
Wow is all I can say. This place was in a perfect location and with the views was amazing right from the living area and master room. Thank you Dawn for this and being an amazing host.
This condo is perfect! Location is quiet, watch the surfers from the balcony, see the waves roll in from a pool chair. A well appointed, updated and well stocked condo. Communication with the owner was awesome even letting us know we could check in early. Wonderful stay and couldn’t have been better!
The lanai is perfect! You can't get much closer to the water than this! Covered parking, liquior store across the street and great location. Owner was flexible and very responsive to communication.
More fun than expected watching surfers at almost all daylight hours. On the last day, rushed to Kīlauea to catch episode 22 of the Halemaʻumaʻu eruption. Unbelievable. Location is great, communication with the owner was great.

It was the perfect location -close to the airport, minutes from downtown, close to kayaking and snorkeling adventures and right on the beach where we could watch surfers on the lanai ! That was Sue’s evaluation now here’s mine-the pragmatic Jeff approach….I use the Good, the Bad and the Ugly scale. First the Good-If you love the sound of surf this is the place for you! When they say it’s on the beach, they mean it is ON the beach! Premium view of surfers and sunsets! The layout of the unit is perfect. Parking was so easy with the reserved spot. Pool and BBQ are nicely located as in we could BBQ while watching the sunset or be in the pool! The unit was well equipped with all the beach stuff you need. The Bad-hmmm…….hmmm……couldn’t find a roller pizza cutter to cut our “Hawaiian pizza” LOL The Ugly-ok hmmm……hmmm….salt water spray on the windshield in the morning? We dealt with it LOL
P.s. check in and check out procedures were very detailed by email, just read them (don't be like me and forget to check your email cuz you are on island time!)

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. I really appreciated that the kitchen had some basic cooking essentials like salt/pepper, oil, etc. and that we were able to borrow snorkeling gear and a couple of beach chairs when visiting the beach. The description of the condo is accurate. The condo is clean and has a perfect view to watch the sunset. Communication with Dawn was easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. I would happily stay here the next time we visit the Big Island. Mahalo!
Perfect location close to shops, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Condo was roomy for four adults and a baby, and was well equipped and up to date, nicely decorated. The manager was friendly and responsive.
Accommodations were as advertised. The place was beautiful and I enjoyed watching the surfers right outside my window!

This location was very beautiful. The host was friendly. The property was clean. My family had a wonderful stay. It was wonderful to watch the surfers from our balcony and have a nice morning read.
Love the location, the pool is lovely! loved sitting on the lanai watching the surf. We needed a fragrance free place due to allergies (MCS). Dawn did a terrific job on making sure our need was met. She was great communicating with us about our needs. Had a wonderful stay.
Very nice well kept condo with fantastic ocean front view. Enjoyed watching the surfers morning and evening. Great sunsets.
We loved our two-month stay at Dawn and Ian's Banyon Tree condo. Dawn and Ian were perfect hosts and responsive to all of our needs, including Dawn taking our young guest, who stayed for a week, out for two runs and lunch!! The unit was nicely decorated and generously stocked with all the necessities and more. We slept really well on the comfortable bed, listening to the beautiful sounds of the ocean as it lulled us to sleep. We hope to return and stay there again.
My husband, mom and I had a fantastic vacation! This condo is perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is great. Not far from the farmer's market and our favorite food truck, Shaka Tacos. (Mm mm, the mango hot sauce!) My mom could have spent the entire time on the lanai watching the surfers. So fascinating to be able to see the yellow tang in the waves right from the deck! A humpback put on a commercial worthy show one morning as well. Communication was easy and clear. The condo had everything we could need and having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus! The place was clean and very comfortable. We kept cool with just the ceiling fans and enjoyed listening to the waves at night. So close to the ocean. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We hope to return soon!
