The condo was in a great location for my family. The condo was spacious, clean and had many amenities to enjoy such as beach chairs, bikes, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool and spa were enjoyable. Highly recommend it if you are staying in Princeville.
Pros: This condo is very spacious! We were able to use the second living room as the baby’s play area without cluttering up the main living room. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils and supplies we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great! Having air conditioning was amazing after being out in the heat all day. All three bathrooms were extremely clean (even the ceiling fans and air vents were clean). The furniture is very comfortable and in good condition. I slept on the couch one night because it was so comfortable and I was too lazy to get up. The balcony was great to relax on and the view was lovely. If you’re staying in Princeville this condo is perfect. The complex is a nice quiet area and the grounds are well maintained. I was extremely happy that we picked this condo to stay in!! Communication: The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but they had someone promptly come fix it that afternoon while we were out. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Cons: One of the bikes had a flat tire and would not hold air so we were unable to use it. The carpet truly needs replaced. It’s obviously had stains over time (like all carpets do) but whoever cleaned it used something that actually removed the coloring from the carpet. It’s the only negative thing I can say about the place.

We spent a week in Kauai and this was a great place to stay. Roomy, clean, quiet and well appointed. We ate out for some meals and prepared a few ourselves.
We love everything about this place and plan on booking our third trip here very soon. Perfect location for a small family to rest and relax in-between beach trips.
This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 Lanais. Pool is awesome. Lots of beach supplies available for use in garage... Beach chairs, umbrellas, bogey boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes. We loved it!

We were pleasantly surprised at how large this condo is. Very comfortable for a family of four. The complex is very well kept and super quiet. The pool is about a three minute walk from the condo. Beds we comfy, full size laundry room, lots of beach equipment - we had everything we needed. We have traveled to Hawaii many times, and plan to stay at this house again in the future.

We had an amazing time. I will definitely stay at this condo again and also refer friend's. It was such a beautiful location. Very quiet and close to some restaurants. We even went to the farmers market in the neighborhood. We talked to several people while using the pool and hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We ate out on our deck each morning and the trees snd shrubs were so lush you didn’t really see other people on their decks.
