We had such a fabulous time staying at the Nihi Kai Villas in Poipu. Our stay was very comfortable and pretty accurate to what the listing had shown. There were a couple of times where we needed some assistance and the online text were very prompt and helpful. We would certainly recommend this villa to anyone interested in staying.Missing Kaua’i already!!!

Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good linens. Lots of fans to keep cool at night. Pool was excellent and beaches a short walk away. Plenty of beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Bathrooms are all downstairs with the bedrooms which is kind of hard to tell from the pics. Overall very pleased.
We stayed at this condo for our babymoon and it was the perfect getaway! From start to finish, everything was super easy and smooth—exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. The condo was just right for our little family of three, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything in the listing was exactly as described, if not better. We made such special memories here and truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back again—next time as a family of four!
Nice place and we loved the location. It was well furnished with everything we needed. We had some difficulty with the microwave door getting stuck and not opening. That happened twice although it was promptly fixed both times. We also could not get the TV to work but they sent a technician to fix it, which he did. It's not necessarily anyone's fault, but we felt we spent too much time waiting for things to get fixed. For the money spent, it was a little disappointing.
We had a lovely stay in this unit. The location could not be beat and access to the pool was easy. The unit was well stocked and provided a nice home base while we were in Poipu. The fans were essential in staying cool at night.
Very comfortable place with all the amenities we wanted. We were able to walk to the beaches, the restaurants, and one of the coastal hikes. Nice pool area. Well manicured grounds. Easy drive to and from the airport.
The good: The condo was clean & nicely decorated. This particular condo had a surprising amount of privacy with views of the lovely landscaping. All the appliances worked and the kitchen cookware was well stocked. The location was great and the kids really enjoyed the pool.
The not so good: The condo is older & the downstairs orange carpet really needs replacement. The patio had zero sound-proofing from the adjacent patios and our neighbors were on their patio all the time. It was like having guests we couldn't see. Although the fans helped, not having A/C made it a bit too warm at night if we closed the windows to reduce sound. The condos in the complex are packed in tight, which felt crowded (it was Spring Break).
Loved this condo. It was clean, easy to get to, close short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs, some toys and snorkel gear for kids and adults, towels, umbrella etc. would recommend this as a great place to stay and would stay here again.
