We had an absolutely wonderful week! It was the perfect place for us to stay with our two 20-something year old sons. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with everything that you will need for fun beach trips (two beaches within walking distance) and exploring the island. We were also impressed with the abundance of dishes, pots/pans, glassware and kitchen gadgets, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. that were available for our use. The condo manager, Stephen was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions/needs. We loved having our coffee and breakfast out on the back deck every morning, with the ocean, flora and fauna in the background. Our week in Kauai at this Nihi Kai condo was one of our favorite vacations yet! We look forward to returning some day!

Stephen’s condo was wonderful! Great location and so well stocked! Communication was absolutely fabulous all the way through. He went out of his way to be accommodating and was incredibly responsive. The views from the upstairs balcony spectacular and trade winds blowing through
Loved the view from the balcony of the ocean. Great location, quiet, everything that was needed was in the condo. Kitchen stuff, beach stuff and comfortable beds. Good to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed seeing turtles on the beach. Would definitely book this condo again.
Property super close to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. Had everything we needed and was so relaxing. Would highly recommend.
Stayed for a week. Enjoyed every minute. Nice lay out, modern furnishings, ac, excellent kitchen, good BBQ area. Close to beach, easy parking.
The location of this rental was great. Walking distance to the beach and nice views of the ocean, with breathtaking sunsets. We weren't big fans of the bedroom/bathrooms being downstairs, lots of trips. The drapes in the bedrooms are thin leading to uncomfortable privacy and early mornings due to the room being lit up. When we checked in, it was not clear the key lock box was located under the railing, which is behind you when facing the door. We could not get the tv to work and had to improvise using our own means. We did enjoy our stay. The location is ideal if you want to see the ocean, sit on the beach and especially if you want to boogie-board. Great Waves!
It was a great stay. Love the layout and the ocean view and the short walk to the beach and medium walk to coffee. Also really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels and coffee grinder.
The development is a little older. While it has been remodeled there are still signs of it being an older property like the downstairs doors (bedrooms, closets, bath) and doors to balcony. Still it was decorated so pretty and plenty of space.
This condo had everything we needed for our stay in Poipu! It’s spacious with all the amenities you need including beach gear. The walk to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach was super quick and easy even with all our gear. Location is perfect. The host was super quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating. I would book again without reservation.
Snorkeling, Swimming, Surfing all week was one of the highlights of our visit to Kauai. The weather was perfect!
Great location! Well stocked with kitchen items and lots of fun beach chairs, towels, and toys. Tennis and pickleball court was a fun perk! Had a little issue with the toilet being broken when we checked in but owner was easy to work with to resolve. Had a great time and only bummer was no shampoo/conditioner and couldn't get a late checkout but the last was my fault...I should have asked earlier. Would stay again.
You cannot beat this location. We loved enjoying the ocean view from the entire top floor of the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautful and just steps from Brennebeck beach. Would definitely return!
Our family took a spring break trip. This was a perfect location for us. We love the beach and all water activities. Perfect for boogie boarding, surfing and snorkeling. Food options in the area are great! The house was perfect for my husband, me and our two children (12 and 16). The bedrooms in the basement gave us enough space. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Very thankful for the AC, as we are from the mid west and dread the humidity! The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view was so nice. Never had any trouble finding a parking space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Clean, comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. Has all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros: perfect location for access to beach and to watch the sunset, property was clean and everything you needed in kitchen and beach towels were a great. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus.
Cons: twin beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, only one bathroom has been updated to walk in shower.
Could use some blinds in living room.
Overall would stay here again.
Great spot in Poipu! Nice clean condo close to all things one needs to enjoy surf n sand. Great swimming spot a walk away. Turtles and monk seals come up everyday on the beach. Nice daily sunsets. Owner was quick to communicate with. A+++

Loved the AC, overlooked the ocean, steps away from the beach, beach supplies and had 4 balconies/lani’s. Nicely decorated!!
We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the view from the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even snorkel equipment and beach chairs to use.
AC was great perk to use while sleeping. View of ocean was good. Short walk to beach. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of brach equipment ( boogie boards, chairs, masks) available. Wish there were more cleaning supplies available to keep the place sparkling during our stay. ( There are Clorox wipes, Purell and rubbing alcohol) New tile floors look nice.
Very well appointed, clean, comfortable, nice Hawaiian touches such as art, furniture.
